March 2016 !Dear Business Representative, !Help us support the mission of Camp Gray, which provides a fun, faithful and loving Catholic, outdoor retreat experience to over 6,000 children in the Madison area each year through summer camp and year round retreats. !Camp Gray’s annual BENEFIT DINNER is not only the most exciting
fundraiser this side of the Mississippi, but it also raises over $25,000 for the
camper scholarship fund. Each year, 1,300 summer campers are impacted by
the mission of Camp Gray, and your support at the dinner can help make it
possible for families who could not otherwise afford to attend. While living in a
busy world with so many demands on the time of our youth, your presence at this dinner can help transform a young
person’s heart and create for them memories that will last a lifetime. !Help make this evening a success through a sponsorship or donation. Donate cash, products and/or services and turn
attendees into customers. Enjoy the benefits of advertising your business to families and donors in the greater Madison
community. In turn, feel great about supporting the wonderful, life changing work of Camp Gray. !Advertise your business with these convenient sponsorship and donation options:
• Sponsor part of the big event for $1,200. You can have a dessert table, bar, the silent auction bidding
incentives, photo booth, or other prominent features of the night named after your business! This is sure to keep
your company - alive - and recognized prominently throughout the night. We have a limited number of these
sponsorship opportunities available, so be in touch soon to receive one. Event Sponsors receive A TABLE FOR UP to 10 (valued at $600), as well as an exciting advertisement in the program, which all attendees receive at
the Benefit Dinner and is posted on Camp Gray’s website.
• Donate an item, service or monetary gift for the Live Auction. Your company will be the talk of the dinner,
with verbal recognition from the emcees multiple times. Your company will also receive an ad, with contact
information, in the program, which all attendees receive at the Benefit Dinner and is posted on Camp Gray’s
website.
• Buy a table for $500 (for 8) or $600 (for 10). Any companies or individuals who buy a table at the dinner,
which includes a delicious dinner and plenty of fun for 8 or 10, will receive a line item mention in the program,
which all attendees receive at the Benefit Dinner and is posted on Camp Gray’s website.
• For your convenience, we have included a donation form. Please return the completed form by Tuesday, April 5, 2016. !
