Atrium Underwriting October 2015

Summary We have concluded a major upgrade and overhaul of the AUGold platform, whilst the most significant part was architectural or behind the scenes, we have also taken the opportunity to improve the platforms design and functionality.

However, we have tried to leave the products and the workflow unaffected, so after login and navigating to a product quick quote or full quote page, everything will be familiar to you

New Features • A quick view of the key policy information can be found on the left hand side of each application page

• Important policies can be marked as a VIP by selecting the star on the right of the dashboard page and can then always be found in the “VIP Policies” list

• Searching for policies has far more options now to make filtering selections easier

• After a policy has been bound prior to or at renewal it can now be “copied” to transfer it between products, e.g vacant property to dwelling fire.

How to

Start a quote

Click on Select a product drop down, the product list will become visible, move your mouse over the product you require then move right and select either quick quote or full quote and click

Print and view documents

Once on the summary page, prior to binding you should print an application (quote) this is done by clicking the “print application” link in the lower left panel.

Once a policy has been bound the policy pack is printed automatically and found in the attachments link, in the bottom left of the screen

Create Post Bind Transactions (Endorsement, Cancel etc.)

These are performed in the same way either from the drop down list found on the risk history screen or from the summary page.

Search for policies

A specific policy can be search for in one of two ways using the quick search at the top right of the screen, where there are three options to choose from or by selecting the search link in the main navigation bar. Here a wide range of filters are available for specifying a specific search criteria.

Add a task to a policy

A new feature of the system is now the ability to add tasks to policies, such as reminders these can be entered using the task link in the bottom left of the screen. Tasks can be set as allocated to yourself or you can allocate tasks to any other associated user in respect of the active policy. Tasks are therefore policy specific. All tasks created can be viewed using the tasks link on the main navigation bar.

Should there be an error or an alert a message similar to the one below will appear at the bottom of the screen.

!!Page elements

On each page certain sections headings may look like this
