HELP: How to complete an eDEC NVD and Waybill Cattle form

1. Select Create new form icon.

Select Explanatory notes or About icons to view more information.

2. Default registration details appear. Complete page as required. Then click Next > button.

For more information on drop down lists, view NOTE on pages 5 and 6.

3. Complete Section 2 (fill in once loaded on transport if not known before)

4. Complete Section 2a (if you want the eDEC NVD to be emailed to the buyer enter their email address)

5. Click Next >

6. Complete section 3a, 3b and 3c

7. Click Next >

8. Complete questions 1, 2 and 3

9. Click Next >

10. Complete question 3 if required, complete question 4 and 5

11. Click Next >

12. Complete question 6

13. Click Next >

14. Complete question 7

15. Click Next >

16. Complete questions 8 and 9

17. Click Next >

18. Complete the Declaration by entering Full name

19. The address and contact information is pre‐entered and cannot be changed

20. Click Next >

21. Fill in Transport details if known

22. Click Next >

23. If you are happy with what you have completed/ answered, click Next >

24. Click on Open/print original icon

25. Select Print icon (3 copies are printed)

Close the print page

26. Select New Form icon to create another form or select Log out icon to exit the eFORM system

NOTE: drop down list instructions

This field (which shows a box with a downward facing arrow at the end of the field) is a learning list box. You can add

information that you often use. Such as names, address, etc.

Some fields can be linked to a drop down list. Such as Town, State, Phone number, Email address. By typing

information into these fields after a new item has been added or existing item has been selected the new

information is remembered for the next time you select that item from the list.

If more than one name has been captured, choose the name you require the next time you want to create a new

form.

Add a new value

a) Click in the field

b) Click on the X to delete current value

c) Type in new value

Select an option from the list

a) Click on the white arrow

b) Click on the grey arrow

c) Select an option from the list

Edit the list

a) Click on the white arrow

b) Click on the List Maintenance icon

c) Edit the list

Partially completed forms

1. Select Partially completed forms icon.

2. Select Edit form icon for the form you wish to complete

3. Complete the form
