We welcome everyone with gratitude & humility to the Fourth Edition of Helios! We would also like to take this opportunity to

wish all our readers & well wishers a very Happy Diwali & a Happy New Year from the entire team at Sun Builders Group.

Our belief & motto is constant innovation & visible progress, which is why we don't just credit the emerging economy in India,

but keep realigning & challenging ourselves in complementing it. We strive to grow each year with a lethal combination of

staggering research & unrelenting focus, which is why our success is no surprise! Our real estate market foray has been

diverse & significant, and our constant new categories break the static pace. The constant need to better our own projects &

create exciting residential & commercial spaces with the aggression of a novice, makes us cross over our own benchmarks.

The success of last year has been evident & visible with our projects Sun Optima, Sun Embark, Sun Real Homes & Sun

Square. These projects are proof of our market standing & the emergence of a complete new decade. The multiple drivers

behind our growth are our need to evolve & be a customer-centric company. We design to please & ensure comfort; hence

our projects will always have the markings of comfort & elegance.

Sun Simpolo, Sun Prima, Sun EVOQ & Sun Solace are some of our ongoing projects, with a marked difference from the year

before. With new technology & significant investments these projects will yet again pave the way for new never seen before

infrastructures in the city. Widely spread all across the city we at Sun are creating a supply chain with our next new upcoming

projects which will include Sun Aspire, Sun SouthPark, Sun Divine 5 & Sun Centrum for now. We are also looking forward to

designing & developing new Lifestyle Home projects in the future, which is added responsibility for our team to compete &

enhance our previous projects.

A NEW LOOK TO

Our new residential project Sun Prima coming up @

Manekbaug - Shyamal Road is a prime example of complete

revamping of an entire area around the project. A large

dumping of construction waste was dominating the vicinity

causing unpleasant environment for the residents living in

that area.

The Sun Prima initiative ensured the cleaning up of all the

debris & dump to develop smooth connectivity & better living

environment was gratefully appreciated by the locals.

A TRANSITION - NEW LOGO

Sun A New Look

Culmination to evolution is the transition to a complete NEW LOOK for the

Sun Builders Group. Been around for over 35 years the company has

evolved & come into its own. Sun Builders is now a brand to reckon with in

the Real Estate industry. With the advent of exploration of newer trends in the

real estate industry it was definitely time for a change! And we took the big

leap….

The original logo was a symbol of the Sun with a moustache that further

transition to a glorified Sun which is now completely revamped and

re-branded as SUN’s NEW LOOK.

The decision to change it was unanimous and the time felt just right!

Therefore, in the pursuit of simplicity this minimalistic combination touched

the right chord with all at Sun Builders & thus emerged a brand new identity.

The logo is new with the reminiscence & authenticity of the old.

orange form an 'S' for Sun, hence

giving a symbolic identity to our

This event was a special preview for the invited guests on

completion of our Sun Optima project. We wanted to share this

moment with all our guests, team members & associates as

everyone had contributed in realizing this project.

Sun Builders is actively involved in camps for the underprivileged

& the less fortunate. Solace Dream camp was one such event

which involved 'Make a Difference' NGO. This 2-day camp was

organized at Sun Solace, Sanand – this was held for children of

Special Care Home & Mahipattram Ruparam Ashram.

As part of the customer outreach and marketing campaign

Sun Builders Group participated successfully in the years biggest

property expo and received an extremely good response for all its

projects. We also were awarded the Best Design Stall in our

category for the year 2015.
