global IT spend. BFSI vertical is the largest consumer of IT services - helios and
matheson is positioned strategically in this geography and space.
• demand for consulting services is expected to remain high due to the complexity of

• according to Gartner the Worldwide IT services spending is forecast to reach $864
billion in 2012, a 2.3% increase from 2011 and further increase to $905 bn in 2013
