• Oversaw and engaged a diverse coalition of staff, volunteers, funders, public health and corporate stakeholders passionate about vaccines and access to preventive health care across Nevada's rural, urban and frontier communities.
• Developed a long-standing regional coalition into a statewide 501 c3 nonprofit. • Built organizational capacity by increasing financial support and expanding staff

• In 2012, guided an organizational merger that achieved substantial growth and reduced duplication between NNIC and Immunize Nevada, and in 2014, executed consolidation with the Southern Nevada Immunization and Health Coalition (SNIHC) .
• Tracked, invoiced and reported results on multiple state and federal project grants, private foundation and other funding totaling close to $1,000,000 annually.
