Let’s see here is it time to get started? Yes, it is time to get started on my watch.

So I am going to go ahead and dive in and just welcome you, welcome you, welcome you to the High-End Client System. I am so grateful that you are here and most importantly I am so excited for you. Today we are going to start off with this first training about upgrading and wealth files. It is funny, I always really check in with myself about is this still something that people really need or something people need to do and every time I go through the exercises and some of the things we will do here and in this process, I still find incredible value in it even when I am at the level that I am playing it right now in my business generating millions of dollars and that always brings me to a yes.

Gosh, I am so excited for you because I was reading through the surveys this morning and reading through where people are at and a lot of people are still on a high end, even it is a one to one model. High-end coaching, high-end consulting, high-end service providers and these are going to change in such a radical way for you.

In fact, I believe this will be an incredible shift in your life for a few reasons. One, you are going to make ten times more money, and that is not a marketing ploy, this system, this model that you will be learning has the capacity to help you earn ten times more money and

attract a much higher caliber level of clients. When I say a higher caliber of people, I mean people who are willing to invest more easily.

People who are will to take action and apply your information more quickly. People you actually genuinely want to spend time with and support. I know all of us like everybody and we are all in this to make a difference in the world; and that’s all good. And also I know that there are certain clients and certain people that you would prefer to work with. And there are certain conversations you would enjoy being in more than others.

Ultimately this system is designed to bring those people in. I do believe that the way we will teach you how to deliver this system from start to finish, from a marketing angle, from an indoctrination angle, from an enrollment side of things and from a contact delivery transformation delivery side you will see the difference this provides a much greater frame work for you to help people get results and solves many of the problems that you might have been experiencing with your clients in regards to effectiveness throughout the process.

And ultimately because I know this is certainly one of my strongest values and I imagine one of yours gives you an incredible new level of freedom. We will show you how you can automate many of the parts of this system and its process. Not right off the bat, not the first time potentially or even the second time you do it, but how what you are creating can lead into an automated systems and that you have new freedom financially and that from a time prospective.

Now, right off the bat, I want to set some contacts in motion here so that we can create a culture of success. So here is what is required from you.

One, right up front I need you to commit to going to every training. You know sometimes I feel like, let’s be honest, we put things in because it is good to have it; good information, good knowledge, but maybe not necessarily required or imminent for you to be successful. I can assure you that every single step of this process is absolutely essential to the success of you in this program.

So just right off the bat doesn’t mean you have to necessarily be here live for every training, although I think it is a good idea, but I do need you to commit to going through every single training through this process.

The next step which is a permanent life lesson in business is particular in this program is to become obsessed with taking in perfect action.

And what I mean by that is that it is inevitable that as we implement some of the things in this program it will not still feel perfect in your mind as you take action; and yet I am going to push you and encourage you and support you beyond belief to implement, to implement, to implement. So when we do an exercise I want you to do it and then go and utilize it in the world. When I show you how to create certain marketing resources; I want you to go and start taking action immediately and become obsessed with it.

And inside of this group I want us to create a culture as well, where we are celebrating our imperfect actions. Knowing that, some of the time it will far exceed our expectations and some of the times it will under exceed our expectations. But the reality is that nothing happens unless you do something. So it is time to become obsessed with imperfect action.

The third point here is that we have cultivated an extremely high level of people in this program. I have personally spoken to all of you and this has arguably had some of the highest caliber of people that I have ever had the privilege working with. I don’t mean that in terms of just financially. Many people here are already making upwards of hundreds or thousands or millions of dollars; and some of you are just starting out. That is ok as well.

The difference is the energy and the caliber of people in the group and I need you to be committed to working with each other, serving each other to our social media group; so go on introduce yourself. Start being vocal, vulnerable, exposed and really in the forefront of this group.

I would ask you to be willing to go on there at least every day or a few times a week just to share what is happening with you or how you can support other people in the process. It will not take much time I promise you, probably no more than a few minutes a day. And this is the group you want to get close to. In fact, I just recorded a show the other day talking about the importance of being, just deeply and immensely inter-connected with people that are playing the big game and this group is at the epic center of that.

I want to also ask you and require you to speak up. We will have Q & A calls every, we’ll have the form here do not be passive, participate in this process. You will get far more transformational value if you speak up and share; what are your problems, what are your challenges? What is struggling? Where are you unclear? Do not hesitate to be vocal in this process and then give up any and all excuses. I don’t care where you are starting from, how much experience you have, how much money you have in the bank, just give it up.

Because I can assure you if you are simply willing to follow the system it will help you get results. So give up all of the stories, right from the this moment, stop allowing all of those little things inside of you that have been saying “I don’t know, I don’t know”, just let it go and show up powerfully.

Now we are committed to do two simple things for you. I am going to give you insanely detailed step by step training around how to do this. Structure the strategy, the philosophy the templates it will be impossible for you not to execute what we are sharing with you here. So all you have to do is keep showing up. And we as a group are committed to holding you to your highest.

Now, I know the nature of human conditioning is that at some point you will question yourself. You will doubt things, you will stumble. Heck, I can’t promise that it will if you execute everything right from the start, it is going to be a massive screaming success.

I can assure you that at some point if you keep using the system it will be a massive success. But like what happens in life and business stuff doesn’t always work out the first time. And we will

hold you to your highest of continuing to show up so that you are taking responsibility for getting the results that you want in your life.

So how this works is, we will be doing one of these trainings, seventy-five, ninety minutes every week; we’ll be doing Q&A calls to answer your questions, your concerns, your comments, your fears and we will make sure that you are moving through it all.

We will provide you with templates and resources for everything and of course you have your private member site to where we will encourage you and repeatedly encourage you to support each other.

I am not going to spend a lot of time on this now, because you have seen this; but here is the journey we are going to go on together.

Today we are going to really frame an entirely new way you are looking at your value and also clearing away potentially some of the old money files, and wealth files you have inside of you. Then we are going to move into very specifically and very particular way of identifying your high-end client tribe. Because you cannot build a successful high-end program unless you are crystal clear on whom you are talking to and who you are leading.

I will be ruthless in asking you to decide and to determine your tribe. And in this you will also define very clearly the type of high-end profile program you create for this tribe.

Next, we will actually go through the process of creating your entire high-end client system, meaning, what is it that you will be offering? How can you take that offering and translate it into an incredibly powerful automated marketing system that indoctrinates your tribe draws them in and also really inspires them to step up and work with you. That is when we will dive into your high-end client marketing strategy and what you need to create from an online marketing perspective in order to bring this tribe into your world. And we will walk you through all of the pieces of how to do that.

Next we will help you create high-end client indoctrination webinar and we will really make sure that you are very clear on how to craft the actual webinar so that it sucks your tribe into such a deep level of respect and acknowledgement for you, that they feel absolutely compelled to take the next step which would be to get on the phone with you one-on-one.

From there we will walk you through how do you generate the traffic and leads to your webinar. Which again, it is different than building a list. I want to remind you that this process is exclusively about getting people into your indoctrination webinar and not about building a list. And so we will share with you and give you the exact strategies that we have used.

There are two of them, to make sure that you are driving in the kind of people to your indoctrination webinar that are prepared to invest in your high-end client investment system.

From there we are really going to focus on the enrollment side of this equation and we will really spend two weeks on that; I believe that is the best way of spending these last two weeks, we will see what happens as we progress, but we are basically going to make sure that you are very clear on the sales system, as well, as spend a little more time on the philosophy of how we have generated millions of dollars by becoming a new school way of doing this enrollment.

So by the time your program is complete here you will see how to create the programs, how to market the programs, how to indoctrinate people into your system, how to generate traffic and leads to it and of course how to sell it. So when you are finished there is nothing left to do but basically kick butt and make this thing really pop for you?

Now I just want to say this up front because I have watched this happen; don’t make this process complicated. It is not a difficult model. We set-up and indoctrinate; well first we get clear on who we are speaking to; then we create this indoctrination system, so that whatever people are coming to you from you are sending them to this webinar.

On the webinar you are basically inspiring people to put down a deposit to work with you individually. And then you are very clear on how to have the right conversation and right dialogs with them to not only inspire them to get on board with you but also to get them in a position to be successful in your program.

That is the simplicity of this model. It is not difficult. I can assure you that your mind will try to make it more complicated. It will try to make it more difficult than it needs to be by adding in more stuff and trying to make things really fancy and it don’t need to be.

So do me a favor, just commit to making this easy on yourself, okay. And I am not saying that there is not going to be some work involved but seriously, just commit to implementing this model as it is. We have done it multiple times and multiple different ways and it is very effective.

You will be able to innovate and add your own player and also just trust me on this don’t make this complicated. And let me be blunt, because again this is the nature of transformation and evolution at times you will get frustrated or stuck. It doesn’t matter how simple or clear or systematic I make things you will have doubts, you’ll have fears. All that stuff will come up, it happens to everybody. Including myself, I had the same level of bullshit showing up in my mind before I started this whole campaign. But just, don’t blame anybody, myself our team, or people in your life. Don’t complain, don’t start talking about what is missing or about what is not missing or about means exactly.

Don’t give up; instead, show up in a powerful place of asking questions, looking for clarity of highlighting signs. About something that could be done better. Understand that it is despite the fact that some of you might think that we are so far along and so perfect that this or whatever some people seem to think we are humans too, we make mistakes.

Mistakes, stuff happens, it is never coming from and ill intent and sometimes maybe things are not as clear as they need to be. Or maybe you didn’t understand them as clearly as you needed to, it doesn’t matter. The reality of why there is the frustration, or

stuffiness, hesitation it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you take responsibility for getting what you want.

So show up, ask questions and move through it. That is our commitment to be that support system for you. To take 100% responsibility for the outcome you wish to create. Are you on board with that? If you are on board with that then this will be fantastic. Now let’s upgrade to web files.

Let’s get you into a frame work here that will allow you to receive the kind of abundance that this program can really bring into your life. Now you are asking what to hell does upgrading to your files mean?

Well here is the thing, whether you are consciously or unconsciously aware of it, everyone has a funny energy of … money. Everyone just has this thing and it mostly comes from old files. Actually, let me start by saying as well, before we dive into this. Hopefully, you either received an email or a link to the Action Guide for this first module. If it came a little bit later than expected, I apologize for that, we are working out our own kinks here. But if you have not checked your email this morning, go do that and grab the download file for this Action Guide for this Module 1 that we are going to use for some of these exercises.

Truthfully, it is not imperative that you use it because I will give you the questions that you will need to answer, but go ahead and do that now if you haven’t and I’ll just give some context here.

Pretty much everyone’s funny energy comes from these old experiences, something that has happened in the past. And as a result of that it is causing you to feel, some guilt, some shame, some hoarding, some intensity, some frustration around the topic of money. And ultimately I believe that if you want to make an expedition ally more amount of money, you have to update your files. You have to let go of some of the older things of looking at it and feeling it. It is more of a feeling than it is anything else, right?

And so if you are saying I don’t have any old files, let me tell you how it shows up. Your income every month should be consistently growing. When you have a healthy energy around money your income should be consistently growing. When you

have a want and need to invest in somebody else or something and that just doesn’t mean in training; that could mean staff that could mean new technology, new resources money file that is something that is holding you back from taking the steps forward that are necessary for you.

And when you feel you should be charging more and you don’t do it that is another way these money files show up. So truthfully, again I include myself in this that is why every time I do these exercises I clear out more and more. This is how old money files show up. So we can probably acknowledge that all of us have it in some shape or form.

So we are going to upgrade today by doing three things. One is the money block remover; one is helping you have an entirely new way of looking at the way that you charge money for your services. And then what I call the confidence amplifier which is really the fun, simple, quick exercise to you truly see how awesome you are in the context of your business. As well as in the context of your life too.

So here is the goal, the goal is that by the end of today or as you do these exercises you feel completely aligned to make more money. That you feel in total integrity in raising your prices. Meaning although it might feel a little scary breaches that type of faith there is a level of deep alignment and congruency around raising your prices. That you also see clearly that making more or charging more is actually a win for everyone. It is not just a me, me, me experience because I have found that when I try to take that approach it just doesn’t match up.

I have to be doing something that is also truly in service to other people. So you will see how that works and that will all lead you to standing strong in your new values. That is the context that we are all learning and feeling prepared and ready to dive into this.

The reason why is that ultimately I have discovered this, that big money is truly made from a big clean energy inside of you. What people will invest in those you feel their own value and show-up from that place of unwavering strength and presence in their willingness to charge what they are worth; ask what they are worth to demonstrate their worth?

And when you show up in this place, money literally does just kind of start flowing to you in your dialogs and conversations. So again, one of the things I will say is that even when we will be working through this system, what you learn today should be immediately implemented into your dialogues and conversations. And I fully expect that by the time literally our next Q&A call happens you will have made money from what we talked about today.

I can assure you that when you have dialogs from potential clients it will change the way you interact and so I want to hear your success stories and the money that you begin to make immediately from applying this information.

Alright, so here is the money block remover. As I said before, negative past experiences result in unconscious and I do mean unconscious results. Many times you are just not aware of that so it is difficult to do anything about them when there is a lack of awareness that they exist even inside of you. The problem is that those negative beliefs sabotage our actions.

They prevent you from doing things like investing in new support or technology or resources. They prevent you from doing things like raising your prices. It is the thing that actually stops you from taking the actions forward that you need to take. So we want to clear out the old stuff and we do that by bringing a voice to them. Taking them out of unconscious and bringing them into conscious. You can’t do anything about something you are not aware of.

But you can do something about something you are aware of. For lack of a better way of saying it bring a voice to them. Bring them out into consciousness. We need to release them in some kind of ritualistic way. Some kind of conscious way and we need to replace them with new actions.

So this is the simple model of how to move through transformation in a powerful way. You discover, you bring awareness to them, you put a voice to them, you release them and you replace with new actions. I will tell you, that the first two putting a voice to them and releasing them does not have to be a

credibly complicated process. In fact, I would say let’s make them simple.

It is replacing them with new actions that require your constant and focused attention over time. So that is what we will do obviously together through this program.

So here is what I want you to do right now. You don’t have to do this all right now but we’ll just take a little bit of time right now for you to do it. We’ll take two minutes or so for you to write down all the negative experiences that you have had around making bad financial decisions. Around getting ripped off or manipulated. Around someone close to you having a bad experience with money. Around losing your money, around being told negative things about money.

Anything else traumatic about money that has happened to you. And maybe right now what you can do is simply just start to brain dump. And again you can continue this exercise after this, but just right now off the top of your head; what are some bad financial decisions you have made? How you have felt ripped off, manipulated? How you or someone close to you had a bad experience with money.

How you lost money. How you have been told negative things about money or anything else that might seem somewhat traumatic to you about money. Once again, we’ll take just two minutes now and allow you to just brain dump. What are all the experiences you have had and really dig deep? So I will be quiet here for a little bit.

Sometimes we don’t want to bring these things up or acknowledge them or think about them or even put a voice to that and also it is useful to realize that these things exist in you already. And by letting them stay in the unconscious doesn’t actually avoid them, it simply keeps them in a place that stuffs them inside of you and stops you from getting what you want.

So again, just be willing right now to go there and write down of all the experiences that you have had that have not felt good or been traumatic around money. Another forty-five seconds, but of course, you can do some more on this later.

So again, this exercise doesn’t have to stop right now but I want you to just keep adding, thinking about and just today make your commitment to keep revisiting, rethinking about what are the negative experiences you have had around money and any of these contacts.

The next thing to actually start to write down is what did you make these experiences mean? For example: one of these examples for me is that I lost $80,000.00 on my first business. And what I made that mean at some point was that I am destined to lose money if I invest in my business.

That was one of the things I made it mean and that is, that making money is really tough. I made it mean you can’t make the business around doing something good in the world. I have lots of things that I made it mean. This is just an example so if my bad experience around money was losing $80,000.00 in my first business what I made it mean is that I am desperate to lose all my money if I invest.

Again, so some other examples of what has happened to me many a time, is that, I bought expensive training programs and felt that I didn’t get any value from it. And so maybe one of the things that made that mean is high-end programs are a rip off. Or you can’t have value when people invest that amount of money. So start to ultimately come to that equation, that question of what did you make these experiences mean? Again, we will just take another two minutes or so right now for you to have that follow-up question. To what you made these experiences to mean for you?

Okay, take two minutes now and just be honest; what did you make it mean once you had this experience? So just for another minute or so what did you make these experiences mean? Start by saying this again, because a lot of these feelings and meanings have already been in you, it is just that you haven’t been consciously aware of that. If you don’t feel anything that is great it probably just means there is not a lot of energy around it.

But I was being really honest with myself; I was noticing that I was still carrying something. Some deep seeded unconscious beliefs about charging more money or investing more money into

my business by kicking steps forward … and when I was simply able to not only put a voice to it but understand what it means, I could ask this question.

Is this what you want? Is this truly what you want to be carrying around inside of you? Sometimes it was healthy, I was learning and it made me a little more cautious. For example, one of the things that I learned when I did the exercise myself around this idea of getting ripped off from investing in high-end programs is that what it meant to me is not that there is not value in high-end programs, but simply I need to seek real true alignments when I am investing in a coach, survey or investment.

That has been one of the most incredible threats not only in my growth but also seeking alignment with people that come into my world. That was the repercussion of coming into my world; bringing an awareness and voice into this thing that was resting inside of me. And so we want to just bring it up so that we can get clear on is this what we want? If it is not then we can do a few things.

One, I think that this is a great ritual you should do over the weekend or sometime soon which is; write down all of the things that you have become aware of that are inside of you that you don’t want. All of the beliefs, the meanings, just write it all down make it a really incredible journaling exercise of writing it all out. And then burn it. Then go whether it is inside or outside, literally go and burn it. You know my father had done such a good job of always creating these spaces where we could utilize the releasing process. He would take people to the beach and have them basically throw into the fire and watch those words, those feelings burn into nothing.

So burn them and as you are doing them I would just encourage you and this is my kind of consciousness evolution, more spiritual side saying just allow this mantra inside yourself say, I release you, I release you, I release you and do this little ritual just this one little thing has been so massively influential to me and releasing my old money files.

Go ahead and write them all down, burn them and as you are doing it allow this little ritual, I release you to be happening.

Again, it might seem totally weird or out of your comfort zone, or crazy or irrelevant but that is also your minds way of not taking responsibility for being a part of this program.

So just, really take action on the things that we will be doing because every piece of this will build upon itself on the other. So go and even if you think you don’t need to do it, do this exercise. I assure you it will be a massively valuable thing for you on this path. Once you start to do this your old files will continue to pop up but you have the ability to remind yourself that seeing those are old and not you. As you begin to take actions and say new words and show up from the things that we will be teaching in this program they are going to shift those old files, they are literally going to let themselves go and the new files that show up will be absolutely valuable.

That is why I wanted to just give you; these are my golden rules and I want to actually fully encourage and welcome you to come up with your own. In fact, if you come up with some really good ones please share them with us and maybe we can expand this file. Let’s create a new wealth file, but since I kind of live and breathe and abide by them because they are the ones that have really supported me.

One, genuinely understand that knowledge and support is massively valuable. I’ll give you a good example of how you can show up in an old way. Yesterday, my partner was talking about how one of the things he had started doing was posting recipes on Facebook. These recipes were making all these great meals and she was saying I just, there is a part of me that was saying, why would someone want to hear about this taco or why is this even of any importance? I kind of laid into her but I have to remember that what you know is massively valuable. That needs to be a constant mantra in your mind that what you know the experiences you have had and the support you can provide is massively valuable.

As you begin to value the knowledge and the wisdom that you have inside of yourself, that is what gives you a huge boost of confidence and awareness and truly start standing in your value. So everything that you know start to see as massively valuable, that is the first thing.

The second is to realize that you really are free to make money easily and effortlessly. Now, I don’t mean you are not going to have to work your ass off, I just mean that the process of receiving money can be easier on you energetically. You don’t have to feel that you have to work so hard for it that you always have to be one-on-one.

That you always have to go above and beyond to prove to yourself or other people that making money is easy on you and this will just settle in. Again, these are the mantras that I use and I am free to make money easily and effortlessly. So as we start having 10,000 or 20,000 dollar days we put on a vest that there is that level of acceptance that it is okay.

Third, embrace that the right people will always show up to work with you. And part of this mantra is so that you have the faith to really move forward in this program. Start charging more money. Start setting up some of these automated marketing systems. You have to trust; have that faith inside of yourself that the right people will show up to work with you.

So as you start to work, find the right person for this, all the other bullshit that shows up just shift the focus back to remembering the right people will always show up to work with you.

The fourth is that people who invest in a bigger way make bigger commitments and transform more deeply. You will hear me drill this to you, over and over and over again. So that you understand that part of your dialogue that you are having in your marketing, in your sales conversations inside of yourself is embracing the absolute truth of this. It is not about being able to charge more money and you can fabricate this price.

It is that when somebody invests in a bigger way, like yourself you are on this call and I assure you that your commitment to show up is greater than before. As a result of that, you having your own commitment will be bigger and stronger. I assure you that you will take more action and you will perform more detail. Because as we all know, while I might be guiding you and supporting you through this, the time that we have together it is up to you to do things differently.

It is up to you to take these new actions and implement this stuff in a new way. The more committed you are to actually implementing this wisdom the more deeply you will transform. I have experienced first-hand that the more invested you are that translates into how much more committed you are.

The last one, is that what it really comes down to it, you actually deserve to be well compensated for your time, energy and expertise. You deserve that! Again, I have these as knowing inside myself.

Okay, so that was essentially our exercise at clearing away the old files and adding in new ones; and now we will begin to reinforce them with new actions.

So hope you are following along with me here this is where it begins to get really fun and this is where things really start to shift, so here is the thing, I will give you an entirely new way to value what you do in the world and I want to start by addressing the problem.

The problem is that people work by what other people charge. We look at what everybody else is doing and we get very reliant upon charging our prices based upon what other people are doing. Often times if you are in the field of professionals where you have been highly trained you have been told what is acceptable. $100.00 per hour, $200.00 per hour, people reach x, y z a lot. Psychotherapist, consultant realms, you were told to charge something.

There are also industry standings, there are what our industry believes is acceptable and then there is what I see as one of the worse ones because it is a complete assumption that this is what will work for the client. But they can’t afford to pay, which is a complete assumption on your part. “Well people have told me that they can’t afford it”.

If you are talking to people one-on-one you don’t have a very good pool of data. Once you start talking to a hundred people at once you will see actually who is capable of investing in that. Talking to people one-on-one, so fine you have five sample

studies of people that have told you they can’t afford it. Let’s expand your perspective a little bit and start to speak to a larger volume of people and start to see who is capable of stepping forward.

The reason that this is such a huge problem is because when you price yourself accordingly you fit into the crowd. You don’t stand out in any way you perform. Your clients don’t step up and as we talked about before you are keeping things comfortable for them. And as you keep things comfortable for them their comfort level translates their level of commitment.

Their level of comfortable commitment means one thing, when things get tough or challenging or frustrating them default back to their comfortable place which is often times when in action. You don't make enough money of course, and you have to work your ass off and that impact your health, your family, your happiness levels and that translates into you not being a good model as possible and nobody transforms.

None of you the whole thing stays in this place of being stuck. This is why this whole looking at what you do from this limited mind set isn’t serving you or anybody else. So here is where it gets good. I am so excited for this because this is a radical, radical shift in the way you look at what you to evaluate your work.

It is based on two things. The transformational value that you provide. Meaning really looking into the impact of what you do and how it changes lives. Also really understanding the cost of staying stock. Understanding what happens to people if they do nothing.

When you begin to look at what you do through the lens of those two things; through transformational value. The specific transformational value of what you do and you look at what happens if someone does not take advantage of the opportunity to work with you, I can assure you that the way you feel about your work will be radically different.

So let’s really dive into this healthy understanding inside and out by exercises. I want you to imagine something for a moment, just so you can see that you really get the value of this. Imagine your

perfect client, maybe somebody from the past for the sake of this reference. A client that listened to took action that loved you and maybe even look at this in the future...

A perfect client that really listens and pays close attention; that actually does what you invite them to do. They really feel respect and comfort and trust in you. And then for a moment imagine what transpires when they do that? I really understand what happens when somebody listens to what you are giving and uses it.

Start to look at the results they get on multiple levels how do they transform their relationship? How to transform themselves? How does it the way that they show up in the world? Their health, their well-being? Really understand the transformation of value of what happens when you have the perfect client.

Look at it from internal and external, meaning what happens in their world? Maybe they start making more money or they start communicating with their partner on a whole new way? Or they start to get speaking engagements? Or they wake up in this new house? What actually externally begins to happen to them?

Maybe they lose weight, or they start to feel all this great energy levels again and they are not sick anymore. Or that they wake up in the mornings knowing exactly what they want to do with their lives that are fulfilling to them. Look at what is happening externally in their world. But also look at, internally how are they feeling? How are they feeling about themselves, their place in the world? How are they feeling inside of themselves once they have had this transformation?

I will ask you to really take a moment to consider what that is worth? Really consider the value of somebody’s full life transformation from your support. When you can begin to see this when you can get out of this way of what do I charge or what do I deliver or those kinds of things and begin now to look into the future around the transformation that occurs with your perfect client you will begin to value what you do in an entirely new way.

So here is what I want you to do. Start this exercise now; spell it out. What does happen specifically with your help and internally?

Have the people specifically feel with your help. When I say specifically, there is a space in your Action Guide for this, but let me really get clear on this.

They make a lot more money; you will hear me drill this down in your head, over and over again. A specific statement is “Sally joined my program and she generated an additional $8,000.00 in a month. Now she knows how to do that, over and over again.” That is a specific external transformational result. So get somebody specific in mind and really look at what actually happened.

They don’t just feel happier or more aligned but they woke up with passion in your blood and know exactly what you’ll do today that you love. That is a specific, tangible result that somebody had. Waking up with passion in your blood and knowing exactly what to do is internal and external.

Knowing what to do that you love is external. Feeling that passion in your blood is internal. That is a specific experience that somebody is having. So get specific with the transformational value that you provide.

Again, here is my suggestion of how you do that. Focus on somebody that has been in your tribe so that you see their situation very clearly. There again, it can be a past client or it can be a new client. Meaning this can be someone you helped in the past or you look into the future and you look at who is this perfect person. And then you really look at the specific result, specific out comes that you can provide or have provided for this person.

Be strong enough and willing enough to compare the best case scenario. Meaning, I know your mind starts to go, I don’t know if that is going to happen to everybody and I don’t really know, you know what, it may or it may not. The reality is if it has happened or if you believe it can happen then that is the most important thing.

If you can’t stand behind the transformation that you want to provide nobody will be able to either. So be willing to spell it out and yet the ideal sense in this powerful place of looking at what is

going to happen. What is the transformational outcome that occurs from your support?

Actually you can start now and do that again. Why don’t you take a minute or two? Let’s take a minute right now this is probably another good exercise you want to continue with a little bit later on. So right now define the transformational outcomes, specific outcomes you provide internally and externally after working with you.

Again, I want to encourage you to keep carving out the time to do some work on this. But we want to keep going for the sake of time.

So that is one side of the equation, right? By seeing that ultimately you will say “I have been under valuing by just looking at the transformation that I can provide. The second piece of this is really understanding the cost of staying stuck.

So again imagine this, that same client that you either have or could or would get transformational results came to you. But instead of working with you they did nothing. They literally do nothing. They keep doing the same thing over and over again. Which as we all know because of human conditioning and psychology is very likely to happen.

Without pattern and support and new tools people are going to stay where they are. So then what happens? What do they lose, what do they give up? Cost of staying where they are. So as always there is both external and internal. What kind of things happens to them? Do they lose money, health, or time? Do they lose certain types of activities or opportunities? Do they lose their vacation, do their marriages break up? Do they lose their houses or assets, get sick and hypertension? Do they die? What happens to them?

If you forecast into the future as somebody that is strong enough to understand that when people tend to do nothing things get worse. What happens internally how do they feel about themselves? How do they feel about their lives, about their place in the world? If they continue to go on a downward spiral start to look at what that is worth? Of staying stuck.

What is the cost of not doing anything? When you begin to really truly understand the reality of the experience that when people pass on your opportunity and you are seriously not just looking at it under the lens of what is possible when you help transform people’s lives I don’t think people realize what is the cost of doing nothing. You will be able to value it accordingly.

So again, I would ask you to spell it out what specifically can happen. You are not a mind reader or somebody that can project into the future. But what if you could? What if you actually were able to be strong enough to forecast what happens?

Look at some of the greatest leaders and thinkers of our minds what are they doing? They are forecasting what is happening now. They are forecasting where things are going. Why because they have the expertise and the willingness to understand how things transpire. So project into the future. What specifically happens to people if they stay stuck, internally and externally? Just take another right now to write that down.

So that could be again, specifics like if they stay stuck they will waste fifteen to twenty hours of their time every single week doing thing like administrative stuff that they absolutely hate. As a result of that they just feel miserable about their business and so frustrated that they are stuck doing things that they should be paying $10.00 per hour for. That is an example of external and internal costs of doing nothing.

Okay good, getting specific might be spending another night alone at home. Feeling like something is wrong with you. If you were in the world of helping people finding themselves or gaining weight. A specific one could be adding more weight every month and becoming increasingly insecure and stop doing the things you love like sports or adventures. To be honest, to be unable to do the things you love like sports and adventures.

That again would be another specific example of what kind of repercussions that happens of the cost of staying where you are. So here is what you would do with that information.

The first is to just begin to really see your work, the way that you communicate. The way that you think about what you do. About what your standard of value about what you do. Through this lens of transformational cost just begin to feel into how much more powerful you would speak about, think about, communicate about what you do. If you are exclusively focused on the transformation you provide and your cost of people staying stuck if they pass on your offer. Then communicate about this.

Communicate it as you speak to people, in your dialogues. Communicate it in your videos, in your e-mails; just simply see the way that you express your work in the world through this lens of transformation and costs.

A secondary part of this is that when somebody is not necessarily that interested in getting that transformation or they are not that concerned about the cost. Just pass, don’t try to convince them, you don’t need to try to help them see something that you see. So this is where you begin to separate from your high-end clients and your low-end clients.

A high-end client you just say alright great, well if you are uninterested in getting these results and you are willing to experience the costs of staying stuck then fine, I bless you to go on your own way. That level of detachment to separate yourself from people that are going to be uninspired by transformation and the desire to avoid the cost is what will allow you to start again to being much more attracted to high-end clients.

And then as we move forward you will start to price your offerings to what is true. I can’t tell you here is exactly how to price this at this stage as we move onto the transformational system I will give you some more frame work.

I would invite you to look at what it is you do and ask the question if I am looking at the transformations I provide and the cost stock am I appropriately charging for this information and this help? Am I charging enough for what it is that I do? Ultimately if you make the decision to say if I was charging $2,000.00 and I look at what kind of things transpire in their life and I look at cost of staying stuck, I think that actually charging $5,000.00 is much more appropriate.

And then of course, as you communicate to people and they say, “what do you do?” I help you experience X, Y, and Z in transformation. And if you don’t do it I … from experiencing X, Y and Z costs; and it is only $5,000.00. Do you see now how your words, your presence, your power and your vote of confidence in what you do feels almost in essence self-evident. And of course then the way for people to then be into, not only rationalizing, but understand the value of what you do also expeditionally grows. To really tap this off I want to do one thing, one final little exercise.

This is what I call the confidence amplifier. Now that this has been building and building, I want to just give you the momentum to really sink into this in a powerful way. I believe, and this happens to all of us that we just forget how incredibly … we are. So we now have this frame work and now there is a little bit of that … who am I? Who am I to do this and here is how to bring that sense of incredible confidence back into your life now and as we move forward.

I want you to simply list out all of your amazing qualities. Qualities, experiences, knowledge, wisdom, support systems, benefit features, you know, all of the stuff about you personally. The things you have survived and learned based on life experiences. It can look like certifications, trainings you have received. They can look like accomplishments, credible associations you have had, like, I have talked quite a bit about how I have a deep association with …. and the … Center. Results you have helped clients achieve. Things you have prevented clients from doing and how you show up for your clients.

I think sometimes we diminish the value of our level of support in our client’s lives. So I want you too literally, not necessarily right now because we are getting close to being out of time here. I want you just to jot down all of the amazing qualities. Actually, we have a few minutes so let’s do it now.

Take sixty seconds and just brain dump. What are all of the things about you that are the most amazing qualities you have that allow you to remember not only why you can provide transformation

and help avoid the costs; but also so you can feel like you are capable of doing and achieving what you are worth?

Okay awesome, as you progress I want to encourage you to just spend some more time with this and just get it together. This is what I call your awesome list. Just keep adding to it every day. Now read it when you are feeling a lack of confidence. I found that if you just have this fresh in your mind then you are able to utilize it when you are feeling doubtful. It just removes those fears and uncertainties and again, if you don’t have any of this stuff, God Bless You.

If you notice that this stuff starts to show up for you in certain places this is a great, great, great way of reminding yourself of your willingness to move forward. So here are a few things to remember. One, and I have said this before and I’ll say it again, common knowledge to you is not common knowledge to everyone else. So the things that you know, the life experiences you have the values you have to provide your mind to evaluate.

But if you can remember that what is common knowledge to you is not common knowledge to anyone else it will literally give you that permission to keep moving on in this process.

Second, is to be bold enough to look at your transformation, look at what happens. Look at the cost of saying stop and communicate that powerfully. Communicate the boldness of what you see yourself being able to help other people do and communicate what you see happening if people do nothing. I always like to bring this in, I went through a little period myself, where I really didn’t want to use my … Center experience or my father and his name and reputation in the way that I thought about myself and what I did, how I marketed myself all that stuff.

Ultimately, a place I came to is I got to use whatever I have got. Use your life experiences, use your value, your knowledge use what you have got. Because when you do that you can bring all of this forward. It not only allows you to serve people in a much deeper way but to communicate more powerfully.

And of course, it helps you create life the way you truly want and need. So let’s do a little recap, this is going to be an incredible

journey together and I hope you are already the evolution that will take place in you as we go through this. Make sure to do the exercise of releasing your old money files and updating them. Really take the time to get clear on the value of your work based on the costs and transformation. And always remember how awesome you truly are.

Your action steps here are to provide form for the old exercise of old money exercise. Go ahead and do that I can assure you that it is a powerful one.

Two get clear on the value of your transformation and the costs of doing nothing that in the contrast of valuing your offerings and programs as well as communicating about your programs. Communicate that constantly.

Between now and the time we talk again I just want you to see what you do through this last … When you are having dialogues for potential clients, when you are writing e-mails, when you are in the world around your business start to talk about this the transformation you provide and costs of doing nothing.

And then of course, work on your “why I’m awesome?” list and then I will say this, these trainings we don’t take any questions here today because this is a download and it is time for you to go and do some work. Then I want you to implement take action and go do this. After you take action you can show up for the Q&A calls and start asking based upon experience.
