The HeC executive MBA program builds relationships not only during but also when completed. These connections open up a world of opportunities in a diverse and exclusive Alumni network across the five continents.
This alumni community is part of the overall HeC “value proposition”. As such, every alumnus is encouraged to connect and develop trusting relationships with their fellow HeC alumni wherever they may be. you can access this community either through the HeC Alumni Asso-cia tion (HeC Paris degree required) and/or via Alumni relations, HeC executive education.
hec AluMni AssociAtion The HeC Alumni Association, founded in 1883, is a Paris-based independent organization run “by HeC alumni for HeC alumni”. Closely connected to both HeC Paris and the HeC Foundation, the Alumni Association serves the needs of its members – 44,000 degree alumni world wide – through many support services
(career center, structured profes sional groups, events, online directory, lifetime e-mail…).
HeC graduates form a very powerful close-knit community the world over in large part thanks to the unrelenting coordinating efforts and initiatives of the HeC Alumni Association.
hec executive eDucAtion AluMniAlumni relations, a department of HeC Paris, was created in 2008 to ensure that all HeC executive education alumni may stay connected with one another and with the institution. It brings to-gether both degree and non-degree HeC executive education alumni in a LinkedIn group where an offer of value-adding services is available to further the HeC experience, strengthen existing ties and foster a spirit of comradeship within the community. This “virtual network” also enables every alumnus to easily identify relevant business contacts within the HeC community.
hec FounDAtion Founded in 1972 by the HeC Alumni Association, the HeC Foundation raises funds from alumni and corporations in order to support HeC’s strategic de-velopment by providing social diver sity and merit-based scholarships, promot-ing research programs in management sciences and enhancing HeC Paris’ inter-national development.

“i have to manage my companies’ growth and liaise between my company in shanghai and the cheese production near Bordeaux. that’s why i chose Hec Paris, europe’s leading business school. My first best memory is the team-work. collaborative work was very new to me, as you have to struggle on your own in china as a foreign company. and the second is the Leadership module. the ceO in the company is just as an orchestra conductor. as a conductor, if you are too close, musicians cannot breath, if you are too far, they cannot see you. this is the last sentence i learned from the last lecture.”
