Life on boardAfter being ashore, the comfort and homeliness of
Hebridean Princess welcomes you back as though to your
own home. The Tiree Lounge, with its intimate bar, is the
social focal point of Hebridean Princess; beautifully
designed and filled with soft armchairs and cosy sofas
grouped around perhaps the most extraordinary feature of
the ship – a brick inglenook fireplace! ‘Like home but better’
is how Hebridean Princess has previously been described.
Dining and cuisineIt is said that sea air stimulates the appetite and it is
certainly our experience that, guests are eager to be taken
to the very finest destinations of haute cuisine created by a
talented brigade of chefs. Only the freshest and finest
ingredients are used in our menu choices, most of which
are procured from local suppliers; and no cruise would be
complete without a traditional recital of Robert Burns’
Address to a Haggis!
Going ashoreOn most days Hebridean Princess berths or anchors in
different locations both morning and afternoon, whilst the
ship’s tenders are on hand to operate a shuttle service
ashore. Should you choose to wander at will, the small
boats are always available to transport you back on board if
the yearning for a glass of something or the pastry chef’s
afternoon tea prove too hard to resist.
CrewOn board Hebridean Princess you will find only 50 like-
mined souls and no fewer than 38 crew to look after you.
Everything we do receives the same level of care and
attention; from the carefully conceived shore visits to the
spectacular overnight anchorages, the exquisite menus
and the unique and individually designed cabins. Discreet
service is the bedrock of our reputation and the uncannily
accurate anticipation of your needs is a skill that our crew
has developed into almost an art form.
Cruising on board Hebridean Princess is like no ordinary cruise
To reserve your cabin call Jonathan, Lisa, Louise or Stella; with over 60 years of
Hebridean experience between them they will ensure that your holiday gets off to
the best possible start. Tel: 01756 704704.

CRUISE THE RHINE, MAIN AND DANUBE RIVERS
A river cruise is an elegant and relaxing way to discover Europe
from a different perspective and, as Hebridean River Cruises
approaches it’s fourth year of operation, it has gained an enviable
reputation for offering exceptionally well planned and genuinely
all-inclusive itineraries on the rivers of Europe.
The 2015 Hebridean River Cruises programme takes us to the
Rhine, Main and Danube rivers, where we are transported to the
heart of iconic cities, including Strasbourg, Cologne, Vienna and
Budapest. Enchanting towns such as Bamberg, Melk and
Regensburg enhance our voyages of exploration along these
magnificent waterways of Europe.
Each of our meticulously planned itineraries is uncovered from on
board the delightful river cruiser Royal Crown. Accommodating
just 85 like-minded guests, a house party atmosphere will prevail
and, to ensure that our guests enjoy their river cruise to the full,
our own Chief Pursers from on board the revered Hebridean
Princess accompany each itinerary to oversee the delivery of
discreet service.
Unlike most other cruises, a Hebridean river cruise includes all
shore visits, accompanied by Hebridean’s Host, Cruise Director
and Tour Manager and after a morning or afternoon ashore the
warm welcome of Royal Crown awaits your return.
Comfortable sofas adorn the panoramic lounge, the social hub of
the ship, where guests enjoy a glass of Champagne and mingle
before dinner, as Hebridean’s musician gently plays the baby
grand piano.
Royal Crown’s restaurant delivers a mix of British and European
cuisine and the Head Chef has worked closely with Hebridean
River Cruises to produce the highest standard of menu choices,
utilising some of the finest and freshest ingredients available.
