Description

This diploma is designed to train international students to obtain employment in the mechanical trades industry and apply the skills and knowledge necessary to perform at first-year apprentice level to provincial standards. Career opportunities include:

Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians (in construction, forestry, materials handling, landscaping, etc.) Truck and Transport Mechanics (highway buses and trucks) Diesel Engine Mechanics (transport, construction, and marine industries) Transport Trailer Technicians (commercial truck trailers)

Admission Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent English proficiency requirement: - Academic IELTS overall 5.0 (with no band less than 4.5), or - TOEFL iBT 60 Math 10 with a C or higher
