MICROCUT BNC-5000/6500 series CNC Teach-In Lathe provides ideal construction design. 4 guide ways bed with high torque output & high rigidity design provides the best cutting performance. Our machine can be equipped with C axis, Y axis, B axis and most automatic functions to allow one time set-up & finishing, ensure the customer the upmost quality and automatic job.

High torque AC spindle motor with gear box provides high torque output while in low speed, and even in high spindle speed, there is still torque output. (Refer to Page 4 for torque & horse power chart).The gear box with synchronous double helical gear provides the advantage of noise reduction and high power, solving the noise problem from outdated technology.

• The Z axis drives are equipped with digital controlled AC servo-drives and two worm gear systems can prevent backlash problem even after long time machining. Rack instead of ballscrew can ensure machine with best accuracy, and prevent vibration caused by the ballscrew.• The slide is supported by additional roller type linear way to ensure it’s best accuracy when it has such long X traverse.

• The Renishaw tool probe and work piece probe give automatically operation program.

• Various optional turrets including 4/8/12 station turret, power turret and boring bar holder all on your request.
