FURNACES TRANSFORMERS iNvERTERSHeatmasters manufactures heat treatment furnaces according to clients’ specifications. We specialize in producing furnaces for stress relieving, normalizing, preheating, austenitizing, pearliting, ferriting, softening and normalizing. The main furnace types are fixed, moveable and temporary modular fur-naces. Heating method is either electric or gas.

Heatmasters’ transformer type heating unitsare designed especially for on-site use. Theheating units are compact and light for easytransportation. Models with an HM-Rigel26controller enable fast and easy documentati-on of the work. Output power of standardmodels are thyristor controlled but by theorder can be delivered with contactors.

Heatmasters inverter-type heating units are designed mainly for the preheating and annealing of pipe welds. Induction heating is fast and easy. The induction coil is suitable for use in restricted locations where it would be impossible to use heating resistors. Heat-masters inverters are suitable for both induc-tion and resistance heating.
