• Temperature inside GTG-SHKAF cabinet is increased by an explosion-proof heater 600 W with an additional au-tomatic temperature control device.
• Heating element control and power input are carried out via explosion-proof boxes.
• Temperature inside the cabinet can be regulated by means of different thermostats or an automatic system on the base of a programmable logic controller.
• Inner cabinet walls are covered with a specialized layer of ultra-light heat-resistant metalized armored heat insulator for ensuring efficient thermal insulation, or an ad-ditional extrusion polymer foam coating is applied for ther-mal insulation increase.

• GTG-OSHA are intended for maintenance of preset positive temperature in cabinets for control and measuring equipment, automation cabinets, and cabinets with thermal insulation.
• High operational reliability is guaranteed by the exclusion of temperature fluctuations exclusion or maintenance of required minimum temperature.
• Heating plates are used for prevention of equipment malfunctioning caused by current leakage on electric parts or other malfunctions which can occur due to corrosion of mechanical parts of installations and electric contacts caused by dew point occurrence.
• GTG-OSHA explosion-proof heaters are equipped with built-in thermostat that does not allow the heating plate temperature to rise above 190 °С.
• Heater design causes so called ‘fireplace effect’ that enables even heat distribution inside boxes and cabinets.

• GTG-PLASTINA2 explosion-proof heating plates are intended for heating of flat and curved surfaces, such as reservoirs with petroleum products, containers, pipes surfaces, reservoirs with lubricants, heating of materials being refined, technological structures, hydraulic drives and joints of power devices etc.
• Explosion-proof heating plates are manufactured from special heat-resistant rubber and are equipped with a built-in thermostat that does not allow heating temperature to rise above 190 °С. It is recommended to apply PG-TERMOKLEY sealant or heat-conducting PG-TERMOPASTA paste for better transmission of thermal energy.
• GTG-PLASTINA2 explosion-proof heating plates shall be fastened directly to the heated surfaces of technological objects and structures and are intended for operation in the harshest operating conditions, where resistance of the equipment to wide temperature ranges, moisture and dust is required.

The plates shall be fastened directly to the heated surfaces of technological objects and structures and are intended for operation in the harshest operating conditions, where resistance of the equipment to wide temperature ranges, moisture and dust is required.
• Explosion-proof heating plates are manufactured from special heat-resistant rubber, have earthing grid, an explosion-proof gland for power connection and are equipped with a built-in thermostat that does not allow heating temperature to rise above 190 °С.
• It is recommended to apply PG-TERMOKLEY sealant or heat-conducting PG-TERMOPASTA paste for better transmission of thermal energy.

• Heating material shrinks at low temperatures creating lots of carbon current-conducting paths and reducing electrical resistance. When electric current flows via heating element, a thermal energy output occurs.
• Heating element material expands in warmer sections of the explosion-proof heating cable, reducing number of current-conducting paths. Electrical resistance of heating element material increases, resulting in a significant thermal energy output reduction.
• Expansion of material of heating element in hot spots of the heating cable almost entirely tears current-conducting paths. Along with that, electric resistance of material becomes very high, which leads to significant reduction of heat energy output.

• Bare ends require termination within the process of heating cable installation in order to ensure safe operation. Hazardous atmosphere conditions require special meas-ures for explosion protection provision.
• GTG-ZGK cable element is intended for explo-sion-proof end termination of the heating cable. Inner vol-ume of the cable element shall be filled with compound for increased degree of explosion protection. For indication of voltage presence on current-conducting wires GTG-ZGK modification with a built-in LED indicator can be provided.

• GTG-RADIATOR explosion-proof plate heating ele-ments are intended for heating and maintenance of pos-itive preset temperature in technological rooms, automa-tion cabinets, units with control and measuring and other equipment which requires positive temperature for normal operation.
• Plate heaters allow to evenly heat air in confined area; they are explosion-proof and reliable heating elements which exclude direct contact of heating elements with in-stalled equipment. Flat silicone explosion-proof heating el-ement is fastened to the aluminum plate in the protective metal housing with perforation. More efficient heating is reached by an additional special layer of heat insulation in the point where the plate is fastened to the housing.
• GTG-RADIATOR heating element is a vibration-resist-ant and corrosion-resistant silicone plate. The heater does not accumulate dust due to flat structure of the heating element.

• Application of GTG-VK2 allows to simplify installation and excludes heat-ing cable damage during its input under heat insulation, as well as it allows to splice ends of the heating cable for T-shaped branches.
• GTG-VK2 are applied for all types of GTG heating equipment and cables of third party manufacturers.
• Design of OKT-2 supporting brackets enables convenient mounting on the pipe with round cross-section. The box shall be fastened to the pipe with a metal fastening clamp which is included in the set. The clamp ensures relia-bility of the grounding circuit between the pipe and the enclosure.
• Several supporting brackets can be installed on the enclosure upon cus-tomer’s request for the connection of more than 3 heating elements; arrange-ment of terminal blocks inside the box can be amended.
