Members of ys outside of al and Ms participating in aWay (always Welcome at yMCas) programs are entitled to 10 free visits per year. additional visits are $5 per individual or $15 per family, per visit, in the same calendar year.

All YMCA Early Childhood Education Centers are licensed by the Department of Human Resources through the State of Alabama. Our daily child education program incorporates The Creative Curriculum approved by the State of Alabama and nutritious meals & snacks as approved by the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

All centers are staffed by caring, experienced professionals. We incorporate daily and promote the Y’s core character values of caring, honesty, responsibility and respect.

The YMCA Early Childhood Education Center offers scholarship assistance for families. For more information, please contact one of our three centers. Childcare Management Agency (CMA) referrals accepted. Department of Human Resources (DHR) referrals accepted.

Togetherhood Closing the Achievement Gap Book Drive March 20-April 28, 2017

Did you know that children from low-income households fall back in academic achievement during the summer months because they lack access to enrichment activities? You can help by dropping off books for school-age children at the Southeast Family YMCA and Downtown YMCAs in Huntsville and the Hogan Family YMCA in Madison.
