You no longer have to wait weeks for an appointment. Simply use your Teladoc account to upload images of your skin condition and one of our U.S. board-certified dermatologists will provide a diagnosis and treatment plan customized to fit your skin type.

Please note Our Dermatology service uses images only. Communication with the dermatologist takes place through the message center.

Here’s how it works:

Request a visit, provide a description of your condition, and upload images.

A dermatologist reviews images and provides a plan within 48 hours. If needed, a prescription can be sent to your local pharmacy.

You can ask follow-up questions through our secure message center at no charge for up to seven days.
