Healthy Life Weight Loss Program Four Seasons Health Club Healthy Eating Every Day 14-Week Program January 12 – April 13 Did you know that diet is just as important as exercise when it comes to weight loss? Healthy Eating Every Day will teach you how to choose the proper balance of the right foods for optimal health, set realistic goals and rewards, and cope with triggers for unhealthy eating. Enjoy a supportive and social atmosphere while learning to focus on healthy lifestyle and behavioral changes. Sessions are lead by Four Seasons’ dietitian and instructors. Members: Avg $9 week ($129 for 14 weeks) Non-Members: Avg $14 week ($199 for 14 weeks) Open to the public ages 16 and up. Please register at the Front Desk.
