Being American, I’m sure some of us have had their fair share of adrenaline rushes during the matches of our favorite teams while playing their favorite sports. Of course, that very rush you feel is seemingly doubled – even tripled, in some cases –when you watch the game live: just imagine, you’re actually seeing the game with your very eyes! That, and the fact that you can also curse the other team for flagging your player down. Sure enough, this proves to us that almost everybody

Baseball? Basketball? How about American Football? Surely, these are among the top sports that kids and adults alike these days are yapping for. But before they get into the actual play of things, these athletes will need to have undergone intense physical and mental conditioning, given the gravity of the business they are involving their selves in.

Of course, the coach and manager of the team would also want to have the most skilled people on their team, so naturally, the first step would be to hold out auditions, sometimes in the form of practice games or achieving a certain play of a certain sport.

After this difficult and tiring process, comes the real hard work of things: the shaping to become that team’s next big thing. This stage would ultimately encompass all forms

of physical training that there is: weights, jogging in kilometers, long strides, difficult bunny hops, and many other more. For the athletes-to-be be able to overcome such tiring exercise routines, they must ensure that the food they consume are included in their prescribed healthy food list. This is to ensure that they only have foods that are rich in energy-giving components, as they burn energy faster than normal people.

But of course when you’re a hungry man like these athletes are (after their whole tiring day) they could care less about the taste; what’s important for them is that they eat only nutritious and healthy foods to help keep them going.
