CAREVAN WarrantyGeneral warranty.

The Care Van series of trolleys from Standex Systems Ltd have been produced and marketed in Europe since 1988. 40,000 units have been purchased by hospitals and care facilities. All ward trolleys are built to the highest quailty while maintaining safety standards and are manufactured to order. All materials are recyclable and comply with European environmental requirements on the content, composition and labelling. Our ward trolleys are in accordance with the highest industry standard design and manufacture.

Natural wear and damage due to improper handling or overuse are excluded from the warranty.

General warranty.

• The warranty period is 5 years, beginning with the delivery of the goods.

• If due to material or workmanship the product becomes defective during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge by us or replaced by a defect-free product.

• To validate the manufacturer‘s warranty, you must have proof of date and purchase.

• Cost of repairs that were not performed by Standex Systems Ltd. will void the warranty.

• The warranty does not cover any damage, defects or malfunctions due to improper treatment, impact, falls or contamination.

• The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper repair attempts.

• The warranty does not cover the repair, maintenance or replacement of parts that have become damaged or worn by normal use.

• The warranty will become void if the product changes without the express permission of the manufacturer.

• The warranty will become void if the model name or series number are removed, altered or defaced.

• Warranty claims must be made within 1 week from the appearance of the defect,in writing with photographic evidence.
