Core Competencies for Supervisors

The Supervisors Core Competencies include the Clinics Core Competencies.

Directors will finish the Directors Competencies and not the Supervisors

Competencies.

Definition of Supervisor:

Accountable for finalizing Performance Evaluations on personnel (both personnel and

Contract Personnel).

Core Competencies for Directors

The Patient Care Director will take accountability for the putting into force the vision,

mission, plans, and model of the Clinic and patient care services. The Director also

gives to the strategic diagram procedures and day-to-day functionings. These

competencies contain the Clinics Core Competencies.

Core Competencies for Nursing Patient Service Directors

The Nursing Patient Service Director would finish the Core Competencies for Nursing

Patient Service Directors and the Core Competencies for Directors.

Clinical Core Competencies for Nurse Practitioners

The Sunshine Clinic is entrusted in making better and maintaining the quality of health

for all people of Cumberland County by measuring the communities health needs and

constantly attempting to meet them. Our vision is to have healthy people and

community living as one.

Defining the Clinics Mission Statement:

The clinic was developed to help people in the community that are poor and

uninsured. We aim to provide high-quality services through larger personnel

satisfaction and job performance. This is a no or low cost clinic giving quality healthcare

to the poverty stricken and uninsured people of Cumberland County. This means that

no one will go without healthcare in this county. Our customer service treats all patients

with respect, dignity, individualism and in a very professional way and that extends to

visitors and staff members.
