WORKSHOP SCOPE
To get interactive input on EHD’s work on revising the Health (Asbestos) Regulations 1992, especially the Draft Code of Practice, & also the Draft MOU with WorkSafe
This will support the public comment on the these documents which ends on 19 June
Work primarily undertaken by John Howell & Dave Peckitt, assisted by Peter Franklin, Simon Denniss & Pierina Otness
Today will start with presentations providing project context Next we list & discuss some of the main issues associated with the
Code
Then an interactive session on the MOU Presentations are on EHD website, as will be outcomes

researchers, removalists, WALGA, ADS & CC We are trying video/teleconferencing with a number of
regional centres Keep questions short, focussed & relevant due to time
constraints
