Your Headache Specialist needs this complete picture so that he or she can fully understand everything that may be contributing to your symptoms.

This headache journal will help you and your Headache Specialist track your symptoms in order to identify potential triggers and determine which treatments are successful. Many times, significant contributing factors to your headaches are hiding in plain sight. Keeping a detailed journal will help uncover them, and get you on the road to being pain-free.
