Maheshwari, Shri Bhupendra Kaushal, Shri Yash Jaipuria along with all cultural committee members like Mr. Rajesh Tripathi, Mr. Mukesh Gupta, Ms. Priyanki Mehrotra, Ms. Khusboo Prasad and others. A Bouquet was presented to the Chairman & Managing Director by all.

As a practice, the common Birthday celebration was organized at Corporate Office on 30/04/2016. The programme commenced at about 5.00 P.M. by playing Birthday songs like HUM BHI AGAR BACHCHE HOTE …………………………… DUNIYA KEHATI HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU and many other Birthday songs. Shri Bhupendra Kaushal greeted all the Birthday boys “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”. The Programme ended at about 5.30 P.m. with distribution of Pastries to “Birthday Boys” in the Conference Room.

Farewell Celebration:A Farewell party was organized for Mr. Nitin Garg, who was relieved from Ginni Filaments Limited at Conference Room No.2 of Corporate Office on 30/04/2016. Mr. Nitin has served GFL for about 4 years as Asstt. General M a n a g e r -Marketing (NW). He was wished by committee Members for a l o n g a n d successful future career in the fag end of the day.

Management Development Programme was held

on on 11.04.16 at “Team Building and Leadership”Conference Hall, GFL, Kosi by Prof. V. K. Sharma and Mr. M. Jitendra of SGI, Agra. We managed to organise two sessions in one day, the pre lunch 3 hours session for Junior managerial level and post lunch 3 hours session for senior managerial level.It is pertinent to mention here that we were fortunate to have above faculties having more than 20 years of industrial experience as well as more than 10 yrs in academics. The faculty were wel l equipped with industr ia l and theoretical knowledge and experience and able to gave a serious thoughts to participants. Consequently, participants were able to recall theoretical inputs of their time of education and able to interpret with present practical hands on situations. The MDP started by introduction of faculties and topic to all participants. MDP was informative and course content was quite useful. Faculty gave feasible approach towards implementation of Team Work and Leadership skill concept. Dr. R. K. Gaur concluded the programme with vote of thanks to faculties. We are greatful and wish to express our gratitude to Prof. V. K. Sharma & Mr. M. Jitendra and H.O. for such wonderful programme.

“Industrial growth in India can survive only with Skilled India” with these words Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister inaugurated “Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna” almost one year back in May 2015.Ginni Filaments Ltd., Kosi took initiative and joined the PMKVY mission with objective to contribute in the mission and subsequently upgrade the benchmarking of skill for our workmen. In one year of c o n s i s t a n t efforts and g u i d a n c e from Textile Sector Skill Council, we i m p r o v e d o u r workmen sk i l l , t ra in ing process and training of our trainers. We registered 380 trainees and successfully certified our employees as Skilled Workmen by TSC.National Skill Development Council and Textile Sector Skill Counci l appreciated our contribution and awarded Certificate of Affiliation to Ginni Filaments Ltd., Kosi Plant as Training Provider. Our efforts has been recognized by TSC and planning to cover GFL, Kosi Plant for PMKVY documentary.

The Government of India initiated skill development programme specifically for Other Backward Classes youth in cooperation with National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation (NBCFDC) and TSC. National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) is a Govt. of India Undertaking under the aegis of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Textile Sector Skill Council approached us and we got registered for NBCFDC scheme with an objective to provide employment to backward classes unemployed youth of rural areas. We successfully registered 101 nos. of OBC youths from rural areas under above scheme. The training under NBCFDC is going on effectively for which TSC appreciated our efforts.

We have organized for training programme on "Accontability, Responsibilty & Ownership"garments division at H-6 unit.

this training was is held in two sessions for two hour each. Total 29 staff employees attended this programme. the employees were taken from all the departments and starting from floor supervisors, line supervisors incharges and up to GM level.Training was imparted by well experienced and highly quakified faculty of Sharda Group of Institution main trainer was Prof, VK Sharma and he was assisted by Mr Jitendra Mudaliar. This training programme was well organised as per the feed

back from all the participants in structured formats. the feed was very encouraging and it was appreciated by all participants and all most all participants were of opinion that such training programmes should be conducted at reasonable intervals.

Address-ing this issue Jaipuria School of Business, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, conducted a rigorous workshop on Digital Marketing in collaboration with IIT Kanpur. PGDM 1st Year Student welcomed two seasoned and expert Trainers – Mr. Baba Shaheer, Senior Analyst and Mr. Mohith Agadi, Director from Wectonic, Bangalore for the workshop on Digital Marketing in collaboration with NNSC, IIT Kanpur, Network Bulls.40 students from PGDM and BBA students participated in the workshop and studied together for 5 days to understand and practice the basics of Digital Marketing.
