The is a leadership role researching and developing the client’s position in the Life & Pensions market in Holland and Germany. You will be fully involved in implementation of the sales strategy, identifying new sales opportunities in your regions taking into account the Company’s international strategic goals. You will be responsible for: Ownership of the sales plans Identifying, qualifying, managing the effort, and closing sales opportunities across the region Close deals and negotiate the best possible commercial terms for the Company (in conjunction with the Group Managing Director and Finance Director) SQL and data interrogation methods experience useful Ideal Background for Success: Extensive knowledge of the Life and Pensions market in the region combined with research and development of a regional sales plan experience Experience of managing a sales team.
