Our client - international famous chain of hypermarkets is
looking for a charismatic leader and a true professional in
the business. Who is ready to optimize existing processes and
to make new interesting challenging projects – Head of
construction of hypermarkets. The hypermarket format up
to 20 000 sq. m. Vacancy is open due to network
development and the construction of new
hypermarkets.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Strategy vision. Experience in strategy development
and implementation.
Leadership. Management experience team from 3
persons (engineers, architects, etc.). Experience in
reorganization of the Construction Department ( to
crate department, to develop standards, procedures,
norms).
Experience as a Head of construction / construction
Director in large international companies from 5 years
- mandatory.
Experience in construction of hypermarkets from 7.5 t
m2 would be a significant advantage.
Construction education.
High social responsibility
English language intermediate.
