Abstract
Joined HCL Company, Baroda (CDC Ltd. Baroda) as an intern on
1st May 2010.
FIRST WEEK
In first week we understand the products of HCL CDC
We registered ourselves as a trainee in HCL.
We participated in education fair at Parsi Agiyaras (Baroda) and
monitoring of Handbill distributers and helping them when needed,
council the target audience.

SECOND WEEK
Tie ups with different Institutes across Baroda.
We had to convince different institute’s owner by making them
greedy for commission.
THIRD WEEK
In third week we had to analysis the competitors.
We visited different centers as students and analysis deeply their
Library, Infrastructure, Location, Faculties, Courses, Prices etc.

FOURTH WEEK
Tie ups with different Showrooms across Baroda, from promotion of
HCL CDC.
We had prepared free basic courses coupons, which were
supposed to be distributed by the convinced showrooms cashier to
their customers.
FIFTH WEEK
Collections of data as to how many coupons were distributed by the
showroom cashiers.
From these we got a brief idea as to how many customers were
targeted.

SIXTH WEEK
Door to Door Marketing.
A file was given to us, which contains students address and profile
and we had to visit them.
SEVENTH WEEK
Meeting with our Centre Manager Mr. Harun M Malmala as to discuss
how to make project report.
He shared some of his experience and gave us guidelines regarding
SIP project.
Analysis the data which was collected by us through different sources.
