• Q:Can you "push" the strokes with this

machine instead of just pulling?

• A:no,...pulling only...as in rowing

• Q:I've had mine for a year and it looks like

the washers on the outrigger arms are

starting to wear (Black dust everywhere) How

do I lubricate them?

• A:I haven't noticed that problem on mine,

but then I use it only about twice a week,

and then only in the winter when I can't row

on the river. If I noticed such a thing, I'd try

spraying the area with WD-40. Good luck.
