With this thought process we have built a Company where management happens from owner to field personnel. Our goal is to have the lowest level field employee embrace a sense of pride through his quality of workmanship that is equal to the owner of our company. We as a Company have taken on furthering the education of our employees with extensive training programs and seminars on a regular basis to ensure the employees ability to perform work in which one can take pride. Doing what you say you are going to do is easy to say until it becomes difficult. As a responsible Construction Company, we feel keeping our word even in the most difficult of circumstances is what separates us from the competition. As a Green Company, it is our perspective that a building is only valuable if there is a future to sustain it. The ethical foundation on which HCB Construction Services is built, is the reason we donate 1% of every contract to generate a positive impact for the environment while still maintaining competitive pricing.
