Blackline Live Monitoring The Blackline Live web-portal provides full indication of a remote worker’s G7 safety status, 24/7. On receipt of an alert, monitoring personnel follow their protocol to contact the worker, by text or voice, logged and date stamped. Gas sensors wirelessly communicate compliance and usage data also to the portal.

Blackline G7x and G7 Bridge G7x provides the same G7c remote worker monitoring, but with text messaging only and connectivity even in the remotest locations. Using the G7 Bridge portable base station, the worker is connected via satellite or cellular uplink, with seamless changeover.

OdaTrak 4 to 20mA adapter providing an interface between the OdaLog L2 H2S gas logger and industrial control systems. Enables continuous, real-time monitoring for the purpose of optimisation of odour control systems and for connection to telemetry and other systems.

OdaLog RTx H2S monitor with wireless transmission of data from sewer network. OdaLog RTx uses an in-built GSM modem to transmit logged H2S data to a dedicated Internet server that is remotely accessible to end-users by using proprietary OdaStat-G software.

Calibration GasRoutine testing and calibration of gas detection equipment with quality test gas is critical to the accuracy and reliability of your instruments. Nanoparticle measuring instruments are capable of recording the particle size distribution even when the sample volumes remain very low and are within a very large concentration range. We have a handheld version, for measurement of ambient air and also an instrument for measuring nanoparticles in the engine exhaust tailpipe.

Service and Technical SupportRepair and ServiceThrough our service centres and NATA accredited laboratories, our technical service team is equipped with the global knowledge and tools to support your organisation when instruments require repair, service and calibration. We also offer mobile vans that are able to perform NATA accredited calibration of gas/chemical detectors, on-site, thus reducing the amount of downtime of your instruments.

Calibration Our network of service facilities are certified to service and calibrate sensitive, high technology devices including pressure and vacuum measuring devices, gas sensors, barometers, volumetric equipment, weighing devices, resistors, resistance boxes and potential dividers, instrument calibrators, indicating and recording instruments and frequency and time measuring devices.

We design and build in-line gas monitoring systems for continuous monitoring. Specifications involving gas concentrations down to 1ppb or up to elevated concentrations as high as 500ppm, are within our system capability. Examples incude H2S monitoring in odour removal at wastewater plants.
