The Ches Consortium consists o
fve proessional ches and sustainabil-
ity advocates working in the Hudson
Valley. The Ches Consortium strives
to raise awareness o local ood sys-
tems and regional history through the
creation o dynamic events, market and
cooking demonstrations, culinary and
sustainability education, seed to table
initiatives, arm to school programming,
and work with regional ood pantries
and other deserving organizations.
Through their passion and commitment
to the local ood movement, the Ches
Consortium aims to celebrate communi-
ties and change lives, one bite at a time.
Hawthorne Valley Farm Learning Center is part o Hawthorne Valley Association,
a 501(c)3 not-for-prot o rganization.

The Hawthorne Valley Farm Learning Center
seeks to inspire, strengthen, and transform the
connection between people and the living land.
The Learning Center oers proessional education in
sustainable agriculture to those who choose arming
as a vocation and provides opportunities or children
and adults to enjoy farm-based, practical and artistic
experiences within the context of a working Biodynamic
arm. The Learning Center is a place where individuals
learn and grow together through the skills and corevalues that come rom a deeper relationship
to the land that sustains us.

including the Visiting Students Program, Residential
Summer Camps, the Farmscape Ecology Program,
and the Farm Apprenticeship Program.
