Why we do it? Junior Fairboard is an opportunity for youth to take

a more active role in the 4-H fair It gives youth the opportunity to take on

leadership roles and make an impact in each of the 4-H events at the fair

It helps shape 4-H events and programs at the fair to be youth driven and friendly with youth voice

Gives youth the opportunity to work with adults on 4-H projects and activities to see how everything works and happens

Strengthens the 4-H program and sets mentoring/role modeling examples for younger youth
