Looking for a great family oriented location to host your next birthday party? Then look no further than the Central Ohio Fire Museum & Learning Center!

Full party as described is for children already age 4 going on 5 years old and older.

Whether it’s for a four year-old or someone who loves fire trucks and firefighters, a firefighting-themed birthday party at the Central Ohio Fire Museum is the hottest party in town! Your party will include an age-appropriate tour of the 1908 historic firehouse and a history of the bells and alarms located in the tower, on the fire trucks and in the station. Tables are provided for eating, serving food and receiving presents. The birthday child has a special seat at the head of the table reserved for him, the ‘Fire Chief’. When the candles are blown out sirens sound, lights flash and bells ring.

Need help finding the right gift for your future firefighter? Our gift shop can provide you and your child’s guests with plastic fire helmets, firefighting toys, books, puzzles and inexpensive items for party grab bags. Also included is playtime in our kid’s fire truck play area. This area features an authentic brass pole for children to slide, a fire truck cab with lights and siren, fire helmets, coats and boots for the children to share, and a driving video and steering wheel for the child who drives the back of the long aerial ladder.

Museum member $ 175.00 + $6.00 each child

Party times: Tuesday through Saturday 10-12:30 (10-10:15 set up, 10:15-12:30 guests arrive and party time)

1-3:30 (1-1:15 set up, 1:15-3:30 guests arrive and party time) The Party includes: -Admission for up to 20 birthday guest children and parents -2 ½ hours in the museum: ½ hour set up and guest arrival, two hours party -10% discount in the gift shop -An age-appropriate tour and fire safety activity -A party bag with a plastic fire helmet, fire safety coloring book

and fire prevention hand-outs; all provided at the end of the party. -The birthday child receives a deluxe fire helmet, a fire badge and a special seat at the table -Bells, lights and sirens sound when the candles are blown out We provide: 2 six foot tables and benches for the party guests 1 eight foot table for food, cake and beverages 1 three foot square table for gifts and chairs for adults You supply: 3 table coverings, place settings, food and/or refreshments, table decorations or balloons as desired. *Parents are responsible for clean up. Trash bags and a dumpster are provided.

*Decorations area NOT permitted to be taped, glued or stapled to walls, exhibits or brass railings. No piñatas, confetti, sprinkles, etc. are permitted. Gifts are not opened during the party. There will not be enough time and the children lose interest and begin to wander.

Party agenda after set up: Guests arrive (coloring books and toy fire trucks are provided until all guests arrive) Fire safety activity Meal or snacks served Bell tour through the museum (parents clean up from meal, set up for cake) Cake readied, light candles, sing Happy Birthday, blow out candles (lights, sirens and bells ring) Play time in the kid’s fire truck play area. Parents can use this time to clean up.

Our agenda is planned to fully occupy your reserved time. Any changes to the schedule must be approved prior to the party. Parties end at either 12:30 or 3:30. Clean up must be finished by this time and participants must be leaving the building.

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

The balance is due the day of the party.
