God's people? (hint: look at verse 7
closely and you'll understand what the answer is)

2. Who are we?
a. Are we young men or old men?
What's the difference?
b. Are we believers or unbelievers?
c. Are we Christians or non-Christians?
d. What is the difference between a Christian and someone
who isn't a Christian?
How can you tell the difference?
e. Who gets us from our unbelieving condition to the
believing condition?
Read John 14:6 ("I am…)
Read John 6:44 ("No man…)
f. What does a person have to
do to go from unbelieving to believing?
e s o o h c t s i r h C unscramble the word for a hint
3. Every man, woman, boy, or girl has to make a choice as to who and
what they believe AND there is a consequence attached to our
choice! Not choosing is a choice!
What does "consequence" mean?
Some "consequences" are good some are not!
4. Jesus said that He is the only way, how can we know that way?
-In the next 60 seconds, think about
WHO YOU ARE? Can you verbalize it?
-Who or what would you like to be?
-How do you think God
sees you?

these
verses
Hebrews 1:1-2 tells us that God speaks thru His Son…
John 1:1-5 tells us about the "Word"…
Hebrews 4:12 tells us that the word of God is living…
in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of
the unbelieving, that they might not see the light of the gospel
of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
2 Corinthians 4:4
" The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand;
repent and believe in the gospel." Mark 1:15 (Jesus' words)
Look at Psalm 103:19, Matthew 3:1-2, Luke 1:26-33
This is part of God's plan, don't you think a Kingdom warrior should know the plan?
2 Corinthians 4:4 Mark 1:15

6. Read Joshua 24:14-15.
"Now, therefore, fear the LORD and serve Him in sincerity and
truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the
River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD. "And if it is disagreeable in
your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you
will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were
beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are
living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
Why do you think Joshua said:"choose for yourselves today…"
Did Joshua know the plan?
Was he experiencing God's plan?
Was he sharing God's plan?
How
what do you think this means for a
Kingdom warrior? Gotta share the plan!
1. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.
John 3:16
2. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we
were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
3. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23
4. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal
life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
5. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we
might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Cor 5:21
6. that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in
your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved; for
with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the
mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10
7. for " WHOEVER WILL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE
SAVED." Romans 10:13
8. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one
should boast. Eph 2:8-9

Bible Study 2 A Kingdom warrior understands God's strategy, knows the
difference between the darkness and light, and keeps faith in God.
1. Unscramble this word and write in on line:
y g e t a r t s
2. What does mean?
3. Read this passage of scripture.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came
into being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that
has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the light of
men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not
comprehend it. John 1:1-5
a. Read the "highlighted" part again, what does it mean?
4. When it comes to part of God's plan or strategy read:
Luke 19:10 "For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost."
John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have
life, and have it abundantly.
1 Peter 5:8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around
like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
what
do
you
see
here
think hard…
reflect on what God is
saying…
?
what do you see here?
are they getting anywhere?
what happens when we go in opposite
directions of God?
7
two plans, totally opposite, one good & one bad
one evil, one righteous
where do they lead?
5. A Kingdom warrior needs to know what the difference is
between darkness and light, do you know?
What is darkness? How do we combat darkness?
a. Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who
substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who
substitute bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Isaiah 5:20
Who would do this?
Why would they do this, call evil good and good evil?
b. "And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the
world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their
deeds were evil. " For everyone who does evil hates the light, and
does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. "But
he who practices the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may
be manifested as having been wrought in God." John 3:19-21
Why would men love darkness rather than light?
How do men love darkness?
WHAT IS "DARKNESS"?
c. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an
angel of light. 2 Corinthians 11:14
Why is it so hard to tell the difference between
darkness and light sometimes?
What kind of things seem like light but are really dark?
Do we ever avoid the light?
what does combat mean?
8
d. So, how do we combat darkness?
yb gnieb ni eht thgil unscramble these 5 words
What is light? Why have light?
What do we do with light?
A Kingdom warrior has gotta know who the Light is,
why we have the Light, and what to do with the Light!
e. Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, " I am the
light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness,
but shall have the light of life." John 8:12
Who is the light?
Why have the light?
What does the light do in us?
What does the light do for us?
What does the light do through us?
What are the sources of the light?
f. How can a Kingdom warrior see? You gotta have light to
see right? Look up Psalm 119:105
What's this telling us?
g. If we are a Kingdom warrior, then
we're part of God's plan but how are we light? Read these
verses.
"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
" Nor do men light a lamp, and put it under the peck-measure, but on
the lampstand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let
your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your
good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 5:14-16
9
What are you?
Can you be hidden?
Why light a lamp then hide it?
What does your light do?
What should your light be doing?
What does Jesus mean when He says: "in such a way"
What is your light suppose to light up?
What does your light do for God?
6. KEEP THE FAITH! HOW?
Read Hebrews 12:1-3
What did Jesus pray for Peter in Luke 22:32
Bible Study 3 A Kingdom warrior knows what's in his arsenal and how to use what's
in it, and who the enemy is!
1. What does "arsenal" mean? What is kept in an arsenal?
2. What does the word "defenseless" mean? Have you ever felt
defenseless? Why?
3. Read Joshua 1:1-9. How many times do you hear the words:
"strong" and "courageous"? Why?
a. What does "strong" mean? "not easy to break"
b. What does "courageous" mean?
"having and showing courage" c. Is being strong & courageous
easier said than done?
d. Are the words "strong and courageous" easier said than
done? Easier said than done is give up talk!
e. How can we be strong and courageous?
what
about
your light
WHY? Because God never gives up on
you, He never leaves you alone and He
never leaves you defenseless!
depends on who you
have faith and trust in

unscramble this word
THE - WE GOTTA LEARN TO ACCESS THE ARSENAL…
4. In a Kingdom warrior's arsenal is The Armor of God! 10-Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might.
11- Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against
the schemes of the devil.
12-For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,
against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the
spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13-Therefore, take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to resist
in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.
14-Stand firm therefore, HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and
HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS,
15-and having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE;
16-in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be
able to extinguish all the flaming missiles of the evil one. 17-And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION, and the sword of the Spirit, which
is the word of God.
18-With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this
in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,
19-and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening
of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,
20-for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may
speak boldly, as I ought to speak. Ephesians 6:10-20
5. What is this saying?
11
6. Look at what a Kingdom warrior is up against! "Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against
the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,
but against the rulers, against the powers, against the
world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in
the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12
"the flaming missiles of the evil one" Ephesians 6:16b
7. Read this verse: Therefore, take up the full armor of God, that
you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything,
to stand firm. Ephesians 6:13
a. What is the "evil day"? In part, the day of evil is today or any day that we sense an attack from Satan. Satan will not give up trying to make you do sin, so each day we must be prepared.
b. What are "flaming missiles"? In part, they are things, situations and circumstances that bring hurt upon us; they are temptations that lead to sin; they are attitudes that attack us, they are those things Satan does to try and destroy us.
What are some of your flaming arrows or missiles?
Note: Satan is known by many names: Devil-slanderer (used 35 times),
Satan-adversary (used 52 times), prince of the power of the air (Eph.2:2),
god of this age (2Cor.4:4), king of death (Heb.2:14), prince of this world
(John 12:31), ruler of darkness (Eph.6:12), the dragon (Rev.12:7), the
deceiver (Rev.20:10), Lucifer - light bearer, shining one (Isa.14:12), angel of
light (2Cor.11:14-15), a liar (John 8:44; Gen.3:4-5), the wicked one
(Matt.13:38), the tempter (1Thes.3:5), the accuser of the brethren
(Rev.12:10), a murderer (John 8:44), a roaring lion (1Pet.5:8), the enemy
(Matt.13:39, Apollyon - destroyer (Rev.9:11), Beelzebub - prince of demons
(Matt.12:24), Belial - vileness, ruthlessness (2Cor.6:15), Leviathan - dwells in
the sea of humanity (Isa.27:1).
Are they arrows or do they seem like missiles sometimes?
What's the difference?
12
8. What is the full armor…
The Roman soldier used his belt to hold his weapon. Truth is
the foundation of our Christian life which is the opposite of
Satan who is the “father of lies”. You must know the truth.
Jesus said, “…I am …the Truth…”. You need to know the
truth and live the truth. Read John 14:6
The breastplate was armor that covered the front and
protected vital organs like the heart. God’s breastplate of righteousness symbolizes that we are protected by Christ’s
righteousness that is if we are born again and if we are
then we should be living a righteous life. What kind of life are you living? Read Romans 10:10
Feet fitted means be ready to share the gospel. To do this
we must first know the gospel. The gospel is Christ died
for our sins, was crucified and buried but rose like He said
he would and is coming back for His people. If we know the
gospel we'll also be able to "take a stand" for it. Always
be ready to share your faith, your testimony which will lead
to you sharing the gospel. Read Romans 1:16
The shield of faith helps to quench Satan’s lies and deceit.
Satan creates doubt, we are a people of faith. And we grow
in faith through all our trials. Satan attacks us in all
directions, the shield can be moved around in all directions.
Keep faith in God! Read Hebrews 11, James 2:17-18
The helmet covers your head, "mind". The helmet of salvation tells us to not only be saved but learn about God,
His ways, His will, His word. It also protects around the
face so you can keep your eyes focused forward. Read
Genesis 3:15, 1 Thessalonians 5:8, Hebrews 12:1-3
what do you see
on the bottom of
the shoe? what
are they for?
13
The sword of the Spirit IS the Word of God.
Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is living and
active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it
penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and
marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the
heart.”
The Spirit cuts through to our heart with God’s word
convicting us of sin and unrighteousness. Always be
sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
The word of God is all the word or word of God in the
Bible. The Bible is kind of like an armory. Every
verse is kind of like a sword. You can’t hold your bible
up in the air and wave it around and say I’m
protected; you must learn what it says and the
principles of the word, try hard to commit verses to
your memory so when you are attacked by Satan God’s
word comes back to you.
When Jesus was tempted by Satan He quoted the
word, scripture verses from the Old Testament.
(Look in Matthew chapter 4 and find the words “it is written” and see what Jesus quoted, you’ll also see how Satan tempted Jesus)
Commit God's word to your heart and mind by
memorizing verses. Psalm 119:11
Do you have the desire to do that? Why or why not?
WHY IS THERE ONLY
1 OFFENSIVE WEAPON?
Compare the
Roman armor that
the apostle Paul
talks about with
the modern day
armor that we see.
Do you see any
similarities?
Do you see any
differences?
14
A K i n g d o m w a r r i o r can expect to be attacked - John 15:18-19, 1 Peter 5:8
is set apart from the world - 1 Peter 2:9
is prepared - 1 Peter 3:14-16
is not ashamed of the gospel - Romans 1:16-17
is never alone in his task - Joshua 1:9
Bible Study 4 A Kingdom warrior knows who he strives to be, how he is to be, and
what he's suppose to do!
1. First, think about this thought:
we're either a warrior
for God or a captive
2. A Kingdom warrior is a:
t n a v r e s unscramble the word and write it on the line above
a. "If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am,
there shall My servant also be; if anyone serves Me, the Father will
honor him. John 12:26

Romans 6:17-18, 8:1-2,
read - think - understand
15
b. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with
humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more
important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal
interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude
in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He
existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing
to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form
of a bond-servant, and being made in the
likeness of men. Philippians 2:3-7
c. Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord
rather than for men; knowing that from the Lord you will receive
the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
Colossians 3:23-24

with purity in doctrine, dignified, sound in speech which is beyond
reproach, in order that the opponent may be put to shame, having
nothing bad to say about us. Titus 2:7-8
what "form" did Jesus take
WHY BE AN EXAMPLE
16
4. A Kingdom warrior strives to be:
y l o h unscramble the word and write it on the line above
a. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former
lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who
called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is
written, " YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY." 1 Peter 1:14-16
b. I urge you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to
present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God,
which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed
to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and
acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:1-2

authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. " Go
therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching
17
them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you
always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
6. A Kingdom warrior knows how to evade capture!
7. A Kingdom warrior knows where/who his mission is! write on the boxed lines where you might think your mission is
Submit therefore to God. Resist the
devil and he will flee from you.
James 4:7
Who is the One leading us?
Who is the One helping us?
By "submitting" to God your letting Him
lead and help you…
Who tries to capture us and take us
away?
Resist not entertain
Resist not play with
Resist not see how far I can go
Resist not see what I can get away with
Resist and don't give in to the evil one
No temptation has
overtaken you but
such as is common to
man; and God is
faithful, who will not
allow you to be
tempted beyond what
you are able, but with
the temptation will
provide the way of
escape also, that you
may be able to endure
it.
1 Corinthians 10:13
How do we evade the enemy?
18
8. Read Joshua 1:1-9 and find the words, "for the LORD your God
is with you wherever you go", then under underline and circle them.
Joshua 1:1-9 1 Now it came about after the death of Moses the servant of the
LORD that the LORD spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses'
servant, saying, 2 "Moses My servant is dead; now therefore arise, cross this
Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to
them, to the sons of Israel. 3 " Every place on which the sole of your foot treads, I have given it
to you, just as I spoke to Moses. 4 " From the wilderness and this Lebanon, even as far as the great
river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and as far as
the Great Sea toward the setting of the sun, will be your territory. 5 " No man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life.
Just as I have been with Moses, I will be with you; I will not fail you
or forsake you. 6 " Be strong and courageous, for you shall give this people
possession of the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. 7 "Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to
all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn
from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success
wherever you go. 8 " This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you
shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do
according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way
prosperous, and then you will have success. 9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not
tremble or be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever
you go."
a. Have you ever been or felt alone?

we do not grow weary. Galatians 6:9
8. Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against
the schemes of the devil. Ephesians 6:11

marches. How do you march or walk thru life? What keeps
you going? Each cadence comes from the Word. Can you think
of a verse where they might come from?
