I worked closely with Jose Soto when I trained him, as a colleague and as his supervisor. I
trained Jose Soto when he joined our Customer Service team in 2011. He later proved himself in
the Warehouse Supervisor role starting in 2013 and set up our fabrication and shipping services.
Jose is process oriented, will take ownership of his area of responsibility, and work towards the
success of the team.
Jose joined an expanding Customer Service team. Once he learned HatiCon Solar processes, he
helped develop the Policy and Procedure manual used to train new Customer Service
Representatives. Jose processed orders from customer purchase order through manufacture and
shipping to client. He consistently ensured customer satisfaction while optimizing for the
company bottom line.
When fabrication and warehouse operations started in 2013, Jose moved into the Warehouse
Supervisory role. In this function, he selected and managed warehouse personnel, created vendor
relationships, developed production jigs, established safety procedures, fulfilled customer orders
and worked closely with other departments as needed.
Jose worked closely with other departments as Warehouse Supervisor. He coordinated deadlines
with Customer Service and Sales to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Additionally, he
worked with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely month end close.
Jose Soto invests in his job and the people with whom he works. He approaches work with
attention to detail and candidness. He will work to understand procedures and reduce duplication
of efforts. I recommend him without reservation.
