Presently working with Aavishkar Oral Strips Pvt Ltd (Dec’2013 to till date) as R&D
executive.

Preparation and review of sops.
Preparation of PDR,MFR and MPR from the raw data and successive development of BMR
Preparing batch packaging records and checks.
Process development from the lab scale and successive technology transfer to the
manufacturing.
Charging of samples for stability and their analysis.
Development of formulas using sophisticated softwares for Designing Of Experiment
(DOE) as Design Expert version 9.
Successful application of the QbD concept for product development.
Helping in dossier preparations for CIS and ASEAN countries.
Familiar with the documentation of and other activities as per ICH Guidelines.
Achievements
Had developed oral dosage forms as strips and currently working on orally disintegrating
tablets for: Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Simethione,Ondensetron,Vitamines,Melatonine.
Worked with Santhiram College of Pharmacy (Jan’2011 to Nov’2013) as a assistant professor

Developing of the Dissolution study, analysis of the data and evaluation.
Had presented poster and attend seminars.
Indian Pharmaceutical Conference, on 11-13th 61st Design and evaluation of
ZIDUVOUDINE Buccal patch using simplex centroid design on 7-9th December 2012.
Is well versed with the use of Design of experiment software (Design Expert) and its
application in Quality by Design for product and process designs.
Was working on development of NANOPARTICLE (silver–copper) incorporated gels
for topical use.
Interested in vesicular drug delivery as NIOSOMES and LIPOSOMES.
Formulation and invitro evaluation of Ketopropen osmotic pump using swellable core
technology.
