GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY To run whole order with quality and according to Buyer’s requirements. To Conduct in line & Final Inspection of Production Process .

To rectify the problems of production found during inspection.

To make sure the Quality of Product .

To make sure that the products is up to the standard required by the Buyer’s.

To conduct various type of audits for different department such as: Development Sampling .

Check fabric, colors, GSM, and shrinkage tests reports.

Check all measurements specs and sizes for all the new inquires.

Make sure all printings options and check their standards if they are included in Garments . Introduced quality assurance development programmers for Q.A teams motivate high quality standard

FOR KNITTING, DYEING &WASHING DEPARTMENT, To make sure that the quality of knitting is up to the standard

particularly before dying. To make sure that the right method was adopted in the fabrics relax. To make sure that the result of those tests are meeting the standards set

set by the customer including direct accessories and direct accessories. To make sure that the presentation of the garments is acceptable and also

satisfying form all other requirements. To make sure that the AQL standard at lest up to 4.0

RESPONSIBILITIES Make sure the development Programmed s for all new openings and inquiries

with regular and private brands.

Check all the new designs and make sure their patterns.

Check Yarn, fabric, counts, colors, GSM and shrinkage tests reports.

Check all measurements, specs and sizes for all the new inquires.

Submitted these new inquire with all their formalities like designs, fabric, counts, colors etc from all over the world.

Make sure all printings options and check their standards if they are included in garments.

   Check all embroidery categories and match it with actual standards and make sure its quality.

Introduced quality assurance development programmed for Q.A teams to motivate high quality standard.

 Make sure fabric development programmed and submitted their samples all over the world and get best options.
