AXON’ INTER-CONNECTORS AND WIRES PVT LTD. offers the state-of-the-art Braiding Technology and Overmoulding Tech-nology of the AXON GROUP. Equipped with braiding machines, AXON’ INDIA can provide EMI optimized harnesses for defense applications where electro-magnetic protection is paramount.

AXON’ INTERCONNECTORS AND WIRES PVT LTD offers custom overmoulding solutions for a wide range of connec-tors including D98999 series, Mi-cro-D connectors,etc. By filling the air gaps between the contacts and wires with material, strain reliefs provide a strong and transitive structural fixation between the cable and the connec-tor. This reduces the stress caused by flexure of the cord at the base of the connector to prevent irreversible cracks or failure and preserve the elec-trical performances. It offers a good alternative to traditional solutions such as Heat-shrink boots and Backshells. AXON’ can design custom moulds (straight, 45°, 90°, multi branches, etc.). It can also be integrated in com-plete harnessing solutions.

The local sales and design teams will help and assist customers in the choice and design of any specific requirements for turnkey interconnect solutions. For a qui-cker service, Axon’ engineers are able to manufacture prototypes with 3D printing machines.
