PULL HANDLESPull handles are 1” diameter round formed bar and are the industry standard for

contemporary Architectural design. Our offset pull comes with a 2-1/2" clearance for

enhanced ADA compliance. The pull handles are securely attached with mounting

screws through the door. Pull handle comes standard in 10” size and is optionally

available in 12” size. Pull handles can be used on doors with butt hinges, continuous

hinges, or offset pivots. Pull handles can be mounted back to back for double acting

doors.

Standard finishes available are clear, dark bronze, and black anodize. Additional

colors are optionally available.

PUSH BARSPush bars are 1” diameter round formed bar and are the industry standard for

contemporary Architectural design. Push bars are securely attached with cone head

mounting screws and a set screw at each end. Push bars are available for 3'-0” and

3-6” door sizes. Push bars can be used on doors with butt hinges, continuous hinges,

or offset pivots. Push bars can be mounted back to back for double acting doors.

Standard finishes available are clear, dark bronze, and black anodize. Additional

colors are optionally available.

PUSH/PULL BARSPush/pulls are type 31 pull handles and type 31 push bar used together on single

acting doors.

STANDARD DEADLOCKStandard deadlock is made from steel with corrosion-resistant plating and comes in a

natural finish. The bolt is designed from materials to prevent break-in by sawing and

the hook provides a secure short throw. The deadlock has a 1 1/8” cylinder backset

and accepts standard 1 5/32” diameter mortise cylinders or thumbturns from either

side. See cylinder types for standard options. The deadlock housing is concealed with

an aluminum face plate finished to match the door. The bolt latches into a stainless

steel strike, with dust box, and steel backer plate.

FACE PLATES FOR DEADLOCK & COMBINATION LOCKExtruded aluminum face plates are finished to match door and are made to conceal

standard deadlock, optional deadlock, and combination locks. Face plates come in two

shapes. One face plate has radius to match locks installed in meeting stiles and one

has bevel to match beveled stiles.

Standard finishes are clear, dark bronze, and black anodize.

COMBINATION LOCKSStandard combination lock is made from steel with corrosion-resistant plating and

comes in a natural finish. The latch bolt has smooth quiet action and the handed latch

is reversible. The latch bolt can be fully retracted to allow door to free to swing. The

lock bolt is designed from materials to prevent break-in by sawing and prybars. The

combination lock has a 1 1/8” cylinder backset and accepts standard 1 5/32” diameter

mortise cylinders or thumbturns from either side. See cylinder types for standard

options. The deadlock housing is concealed with an aluminum face plate finished to

match the door. The bolt latches into a stainless steel strike, with dust box, and steel

backer plate.

OPTIONAL COMBINATION LOCKOptional combination lock has the same features as the combination lock except that

the lock has a 1 1/2” cylinder backset. The optional combination lock can only be used

on medium and wide stile doors.

Strike plates are stainless steel and come in two shapes, flat to be used on frames,

and curved for use on meeting stiles. Each strike plate comes with a dust box and a

steel backer plate for secure attachment with screws to frames or stiles. Strike plates

are to be used with deadlocks and combination locks.

STRIKE PLATES

Standard deadlatch is made from steel with corrosion-resistant plating and comes in a

natural finish. The auxiliary bolt is designed to prevent case-knife entry but the

deadlatch hardware is not as secure and deadbolt or combination lock. The deadlatch

has a 1 1/8” cylinder backset and accepts standard 1 5/32” diameter mortise cylinders

or thumbturns from either side. See cylinder types for standard options. The

deadlatch housing is concealed with an aluminum face plate finished to match the

door. The latch bolt is spring loaded and retracts with turn of key or operating handle.

The latch bolt latches into a stainless steel strike, with dust box, and steel backer

plate.

DEADLATCH

The optional deadlatch is identical to the deadlatch except the backset for the cylinder

is 1 1/2”.

STRIKE PLATES FOR DEADLATCHStrike plates are stainless steel and come in two shapes, flat to be used on frames,

and curved for use on meeting stiles. Each strike plate comes with a dust box and a

steel backer plate for secure attachment with screws to frames or stiles. Strike plates

are to be used with deadlatch hardware.

cylinder latches. Strike can be controlled remotely, works with 24 volt AC current, and

is UL listed. Strike is attached to door jamb and can be field coverted to from

fail-secure (locked when unpowered) to fail-safe (locked when powered).


ELECTRIC STRIKE FOR PAIR OF DOORSElectric strike is the same as electric strike for single doors except that strike is

attached to door meeting stile.

LONG LEVER HANDLE WITH CAM PLUGLong lever handles and cam plug work with deadlatch and combination lock to allow

key access from the exterior and handle access from the interior. Deactivation of the

deadlatch or combination lock allows access from both exterior and interior. The

handle is design to fit in slim narrow stile doors, is comfortable to the hand allowing

safe operation, and is activated with a natural downward motion. The long lever

handle can be used for handicap applications.

Standard finishes are clear and dark bronze anodize.

LATCH PADDLE DEVICEThe latch paddle device is designed to work with deadlatch and combination lock to

allow key access from the exterior and handle access from the interior. Deactivation

of the deadlatch or combination lock allows access from both exterior and interior.

The latch paddle is design to open with a natural pushing motion and can be used for

handicap applications.


MORTISE TYPE CYLINDERMortise type cylinder is a 1 5/32” diameter and 5 pin tumbler security. Cylinder is design to work withdeadlock, combination lock, and deadlatch hardware. Cylinder is design for exterior key operation, comeswith 2 keys standard, and multiple doors can be keyed alike.

THUMBTURN CYLINDERThumbturn mortise type cylinder is a 1 5/32” diameter and 5 pin tumbler security.

Cylinder is design to work with deadlock, combination lock, and deadlatch hardware.

Cylinder is design for interior keyless operation.


DUMMY CYLINDERDummy mortise type cylinder is a 1 5/32” diameter. Cylinder is design to work fill

unwanted hole and works with deadlock, combination lock, and deadlatch hardware.


The cylinder guard is a defense system against break in attempts by removing the

cylinder and then operating the latch or lock hardware through the cylinder hole. The

security ring and retainer ring are made from hardened steel. The retainer ring

permits the security ring to swivel so that cylinder can't be unscrewed from the latch

and lock hardware.


CYLINDER GUARD

The exit indicator provides notification that the exit door is either locked or open. The

exit indicator can be used with deadlock or combination lock hardware. The exit

indicator can be used on medium or wide stile doors.

The butt hinge is a commercial quality stainless steel hinge. The hinge is 4 1/2” x 4” x

0.134” thick, has five knuckles, comes with two ball bearings, a non-removable pin,

and pin button. Hinge has round corners, is mortised into the door and frame, and is

attached to door/frame with thick steel tapping plates for a secure connection. Doors

come standard with one pair of hinges, but 1 1/2 pair are used if door is high traffic or

taller than 7'-6”.


BUTT HINGE

Butt hinges are secured to the stile and frame with concealed zinc plated steel tapping

plates. Plates are offset so that hinges are flush to stiles and jambs. Doors come

standard with 4 tapping plates (for one pair of hinges), and 6 tapping plates (for 1 1/2

pair of hinges) if door is high traffic or taller than 7'-6”.

BUTT HINGE TAPPING PLATE

Extension flush bolt with lever to secure the inactive leaf of a pair. Convex face allows

for flush mounting in the nose of the door stile. Top and bottom flushbolts used with a

deadlatch or pivoting deadbolt provides 3 point locking for pairs of doors. Uses 10"

long hardened steel rod with nylon tip and

CONTINUOUS HINGE - FOR 7'-0" DOORThe continuous hinge is an aluminum geared hinge that runs full height of a 7'-0” door

stile minus 1/8” at top and threshold clearance at the bottom. The weight of the door

bears on molded bearings evenly spaced along the length of the hinge. The hinge is

optionally used when doors are in high traffic areas and/or when the weight of the

door is high. Hinge is fastened to the door and frame with fasteners staggered at 6”

on center for the length.


Same as continuous hinge for 7'-0” door except this hinge is for an 8'-0” door.

CONTINUOUS HINGE - FOR 8'-0" DOOR

Same as continuous hinge for 7'-0” door except this hinge is for an 10'-0” door.

CONTINUOUS HINGE - FOR 10'-0" DOOR

CONTINUOUS STAINLESS STEEL HINGE - FOR 7'-0" DOORThe continuous stainless steel hinge is made of 14 gauge 304 series stainless steel and

is continuously interlocked with knuckles to pivot around a continuous pin for the full

height of a 7'-0” door stile (minus 1/8” at top and threshold clearance at the bottom).

The weight of the door bears on molded bearings evenly spaced along the length of

the hinge. The hinge is optionally used when doors are in high traffic or high abuse

areas. The hinge supports high weight doors up to 600 pounds. Hinge is fastened to

the door and frame with fasteners staggered at 6” on center for the length.

Standard finish is polished.

Same as continuous stainless steel hinge for 7'-0” door except this hinge is for an

8'-0” door.

TOP OFFSET PIVOTTop offset pivot frame and door base are made of cast aluminum. Door base has a

spring loaded stainless steel pivot pin for easy installation and is fastened to the door

with fasteners into tapped threaded holes in pivot door base. Frame base has self

lubricating bearing and is fastened to the frame with fasteners into tapped threaded

holes in frame pivot base.


BOTTOM OFFSET PIVOTBottom offset pivot frame and door base are made of cast aluminum. Door pivot base

has a self lubricating bearing and is fastened to the door with fasteners into tapped

threaded holes in door pivot base. Frame pivot base has a bearing pin that has a

threaded elevation adjustment which can be locked with an allen head set screw. The

frame pivot base is fastened to the door jamb with fasteners into tapped threaded

holes in pivot base and to the surrounding construction at the sill.


INTERMEDIATE OFFSET PIVOTIntermediate offset pivot frame and door base are made of cast aluminum. Door base

has a self lubricating bearing and is fastened to the door with fasteners into tapped

threaded holes in pivot door base. Frame pivot base has stainless steel pin with

concealed vertical adjustment. Frame pivot base is fastened to the frame with

fasteners into tapped threaded holes in frame pivot base. Pivot meets ANSI 156.4

grade 1 certification.


OPTIONAL OFFSET PIVOT SETOptional aluminum cast offset pivot set has 3/4” offset non-handed, full mortise top

pivot and a 3/4” offset handed, full mortise bottom pivot with 3/16” vertical

adjustment screw, and lubricated ball and socket bearing assembly. Vertical

adjustment screws are concealed by stainless steel threaded caps on top and bottom

pivots. Pivot set can support doors up to 450 pounds and meets BHMA/ANSI

C07131/3530A.

OPTIONAL INTERMEDIATE OFFSET PIVOTIntermediate aluminum cast offset pivot has 3/4” offset, is handed, and is full mortise.

Pivot has vertical adjustment that is concealed by stainless steel threaded caps. Pivot

can be used on heavy doors and meets BHMA/ANSI C07231/3525.


OPTIONAL INTERMEDIATE ELECTRICAL OFFSET PIVOTIntermediate offset pivot has 3/4” offset, is handed, and is full mortise. Pivot can be

used on heavy doors and meets BHMA/ANSI C07231/3525. Electric pivot is for power

transfer with (8) 28 gage wires. Pivot can't be split for installation.

and end caps. The device push bar and base shall be 6063 T-6 hardened aluminum in

anodized finishes. The device shall be capable of operation by external key cylinder

OPTIONAL OVERHEAD CONCEALED CLOSEROverhead concealed closer is a rack and pinnon type heavy duty closer. Closer is

aluminum construction with steel lever arms, independent adusting valves for closing,

latching, and back check. Cylinder is concealed in the head frame and the concealed

arm is in the door top rail. Closer is tested and certified under ANSI A156.4 grade

one.


OPTIONAL OVERHEAD SURFACE MOUNTED CLOSEROverhead surface mounted closer is designed to provide a highly flexible door closing

system suitable for use in commercial construction. Closer is limited to 48" door

width, 96" door heights, and 250 pound door weights. Closer can adjust power, back

check intensity, sweep speed, and latch speed. Closer is tested and certified under

ANSI A156.4 grade one, UL, ULC, UL10C for positive pressure, UBC 7.2 1997, CSFM,

and M.E.A..

Standard finishes are aluminum, dark bronze, and black.
