Rear GardenThe Mediteranean garden has been professionally landscaped and provides an ideal entertaining space, great for al fresco dining or relaxing. There are two coloured stone shingled areas, inset timbers with lighting as well as slightly raised borders. Within the borders are a selection of grasses, an olive tree, privet box hedgerow and four specimen red maples. Most of the garden has Indian sandstone with some in cut timber work. There is an impressive rosewood cube which provides shelter for all year round use, having built-in heaters and power. The raised border behind has more specimen grasses and a twisted hazel, (and yet to emerge lilies). Throughout the garden is concealed lighting, heating and smart up lighters on the barn itself. The focal point is an ornamental waterfall which is operated by remote control, as does the lighting. The log storage cabin is in keeping with the look of the garden and along with light and power, can accommodate garden furniture and tools. There are two lockable full height gates within the garden, one of which leads to a corridor by the side of the barn housing a water tap and bin storage and a further lockable gate to the main road.

LocationHarborough Magna is a small village with The Old Lion public house, village church and pre-school nursery.
