Welcome to our Quilting Group!! They are meeting the 1st Wednesday of the month at the cen-ter. Please join them! Are you tired of all of the political calls, visits and commercials? While they can be annoying we need to remember that the NH Primary has a lot of weight in the election process. Please take the time and make sure you vote. It is your constitutional right. Although spring is around the corner, we know that we might have some colder temps and that 4-letter word—SNOW— still around for a while. Don’t stay home alone — come see us at the center and visit with your friends and participate in an activity. Socialization is very important for seniors, es-pecially during the winter. Stay warm and visit us at the center! Denise Liveston, Chair Board of Directors

Are your Membership Dues Due?… Dues are only good for 1 year. If your dues are not paid on time you will not be eligible for member benefits. You should receive a post card in the mail to help remind you when your dues are up for renewal. YOU as a member are valuable to our center community and we do not want to add you to the “in active” member list! We hope you will continue to participate in activities at the center. Thank you for paying your dues on time!

Get FREE Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors!

The Claremont Fire Department wants to save your life! They will give you a free smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector, AND install them at no cost to you IF you are a homeowner in Claremont.

So, how to do that! First, call Deputy Chief Tom Belaire at the Claremont Fire Department. He has given Sen-ior Center his personal number – 542-5156. Do you own your residence? Is your home in Claremont? How many bedrooms? How many floors? And a few other questions. Then, what day and time is convenient for installation. Can you afford NOT to call?
