2015-2016 Kindergarten Registration at Solon Tuesday, February 17, 2015
9:00 - 11:00 AM and 1:00 - 3:00 PM
Kindergarten students MUST be five (5) years of age ON or BEFORE August 1, 2015 in order to enroll for the 15-16 school year. It is not mandatory for students to come with their parents to registration, but they are welcome. The fol-lowing documents are required at the time of registration: 1. Child’s certified birth certificate (NOT hospital certificate) 2. Immunization record 3. Child’s Social Security Card 4. A current driver’s license or state photo ID AND two utility
bills are required to prove residency.

Parents, you can pick up your tax
statements for 2014 child care ser-
vices in the Child Care room from
6 am to 8:40 am and from 3:30 pm to
6 pm. If you have any questions,
please call Mrs. Morrow at 663-0013.
Crown Point Community School Corpora-
tion closed schools January 7th and 8th
due to weather forecasts of wind chill
temperature warnings of around minus
25 Fahrenheit.
The schedule for first semester remains the same. The
second semester will begin on January 19, 2015.
Per the school calendar Martin Luther King Day, January
19th and President’s Day, February 16th will be used to
make up the lost instructional days.
School WILL be in session on January 19th (MLK Day) and
February 16th (President’s Day).

Show Your Support! March is “Disabili�es Awareness” month.
The Special Needs program at Crown
Point High School will be selling T-shirts to
raise awareness and show support for
individuals with disabili�es. The theme
for this year is “Love Where You Live”.
The T-shirts are $10 each. Shirts will be
delivered at the end of February or first
week of March. Show your support for
individuals with disabili�es by wearing
your T-shirt each WEDNESDAY during the
month of March.
All proceeds will benefit the extra-
curricular programs for special needs stu-
dents of the Crown Point Community
School Corpora�on.
ALL T-SHIRT ORDERS ARE DUE WITH PAY-
MENT by Friday, January 23rd.
