We were able to get a 50 year roof from them for a pretty good deal. We have a very large roof and they were able to get it done in about 4-5 days, and that included tearing off the old one. The guys that were doing the job were very nice guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about a new roof.

After 40 year of buying and living in various houses, I've put on 6 roofs, including one I did myself. So, what did I like? The work appears to be done well(a read a couple of books years ago on the subject, and while not doing it the same, achieved the same goals). The materials appear to be superior. The warranty is as good as it gets. The work was done very quickly. Three days from start to finish (and another to haul the trash).

What didn't I like? Well, I a cheapskate, so anything is going to hurt some. I suspect I paid premium prices. Which, given the premium service isn't necessarily unwarranted.

Consider paying cash. Just sayin'. There's lots of ways of getting the money if you can afford it at all, and a VISA card isn't necessarily the best.

Our home’s roof was in desperate need of replacement! We were very concerned with proper attic ventilation and in fear of leaking once the rainy days began. We no longer have these worries thanks to the Clearwater staff that walked us through the entire reroofing process.
