Is this you?The Candidate

The world of war is still near because of the economical founda-tion. People are still looking for employment. The problem with looking for work is that companies are looking for the best of the best. If it’s by education, experience, and the candidates skill set.

All candidates must understand one thing; they must be prepared for turn downs and rejections. Most employer look for one thing only, doesn’t the candidate fit the requirement and qualifications for the job. What people need to understand is what is written on

your resume says, a host of things about your candidacy. Your approach is the most valuable essence in which people look for in a candidate. One of the simplest ways to format your resume is to oversee that your qualifications fit the requirements asked for the position at hand.

1) Mirror what the company is asking for. That simply means: copy and paste their qualifications and requirements and match it with your own writing. 2) Find descriptive words that would fit the order of business for the position you are applying for.3) Remember, all resumes are not the same. So be very careful in the copying and pasting phase when applying for various positions. 4) Also, when typing up your cover letter for any position. Just tell the company what position applying and briefly summarize your experience, and how you can benefit the company.

Here is an example; if you are applying for a position such as Business Analyst, this is what most companies are requiring that a candidate should possess.

Identification and extraction of business requirementsPublication of high-quality business requirements and functional

specificationsWill act as the liaison between customers and technical teams Strategic analysis (e.g., market analysis / research, revenue

forecasting) Deal / partnership modeling (e.g., deal term scenarios)

Assist management in brainstorming key strategic issuesAssist in other business development efforts

Data analysis Management Assistance (e.g., special project management

and execution)Strong use case analysis skills required

Outstanding verbal and written skills are essential Business Analysis experience with large systems

Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on

complex tasksExperience with the Microsoft product suite, Microsoft Office, Project,

Visio Ability to work with developers and QA to answer questions Demonstrated competency in interviewing program stakeholders and

documenting Functional Specifications Familiarity with different software development methodologies

Strong knowledge of best practices for developing documenta-tion, including but not limited to the Unified Modeling

Language (UML) Experience capturing, verifying and managing requirements

and requirement traceability in support of product development, test and delivery

If a candidate doesn’t possess such required qualifications - the hiring manager won’t even take your resume under consid-eration.

If candidates are getting tired of seeing such signs, “We regret…”, “Unfortunately, we are looking at other re-sumes…”, and “We found a candidate, but we will file your resume…” This simply means the candidate needs to play the game of “Pitty Pat”. Read up on it on EHOW.com

Remember this, finding descriptive words are easy. Review the requirement in which companies are looking for. Redesign your resume to fit the position in which you are applying for. And check your INBOX for interviews.

Good luck

We fight for the chance for change, but what do we see? We work every day to full fill the need for changing our life stories. We work hard to make things possible for our families. But what we don’t understand is that many companies and people are cut-throats and are making it difficult for individuals who are trying to live a better life. We know our nation is in a recession, but why are big businesses trying to withhold information that could help families and neighborhoods?

There are many reasons why I would say something like this. For in-stance, many people are concerned about their homes going into fore-closure. Most have tried to keep their homes and families afloat and keep their heads above water, but many have failed because of the impact of the economy.

Previously, I ran into this same issue. I am a beneficiary of a property that I was taking care of. When working with my attorney regarding my trust account, I found that the trustee had stolen from the trust, and the trustee had not paid the bills for the home. The house became a foreclosed piece of property. After hearing about what had happened to my father’s account, I was furious about the nature of my findings.

My attorney on this case stated that the bank doesn’t want the property and the home has a mortgage on it. I was okay with that. Let’s see what can be done to the home to make it livable again and/or make it marketable for sale. We then, went over to the house after being ticketed by the city of Chicago, to see why we were being ticketed on the house my father owned. Once we have arrived we saw the house under an unsavory condition that needed some “Tender Loving Care” (TLC).

What we saw were the windows knocked out, walls busted with holes, stains on the walls, dirt, garbage in the basement, and including water in the basement. The yard was deplorable. The lawn stood 6 feet, the trees and weeds were growing as tall as the home itself. The garage was stripped without a door. Someone had to be mad as hell because they took it out of the house.

The first thing on our agenda was to clean the yard up. People were asking who had owned the property before the cleanup. The person of interest for wanting the purchase the home was overseeing what we were doing to the home to rectify the issues.

We walked the grounds of the home in and outdoors to determine the level of damage and we came up with the perfect idea for the home.

We started on the outside first. It took us about three days to com-plete the lawn. We had to cut some trees down, so we could hack down the grass for cutting. There were a host of dips on the ground, but we managed to stand tall. It was only four of us committed to the crackdown of the jungle. After all of that, on the third day we were able to see the lawn, the house, and the truest garbage left behind. It was obvious that the tenants and the trustee didn’t full fill their obliga-tions.

After maintaining the landscape of the house, we then, took another tour of the home to start on the next day to clean the house up. One the sixth day, a contractor came in to board the home up for security purposes. There wasn’t too much of anything to steal in the home, but drifters would find a way. We fixed the garage but didn’t put the vinyl around it. We drained the water out of the home. We checked the pipes, furnace, water tank, and water pump to make sure it was in good standing. We started the repairs in the home which ran into the winter months.

In the ensuing months, the attorney from the bank called and gave us the amount of the mortgage. We believe in our hearts that we had some sales pass through.

As we continued to make adjustments, we began to run out of re-sources to pay to have the home remodeled and prepared for inspec-tion. I called in Smitty’s Tree Service to have all trees cut down. There were eight 70ft and two 30ft tall trees that were removed from around the home. And on that day, I met the real estate agent that had come to see the home to put up for sale.

After a couple of hours reviewing the property Dona Crane took over as the real estate agent. She had many investors in mind for the home, while we were in the remodeling stages. At the time, the home was made up of 2-1/2 bedrooms, full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, din-ing room, and every bedroom was huge.

After a couple months had passed, that ½ of the home had been re-modeled into a full bedroom and the wall in the kitchen heading into the dining room was reconstructed into a bar stand. Another contractor came in running new wire for electricity.

We worked diligently every day taking on the heat, cold, and back around to the summer months – the craziest moments came after meeting with the attorney about negotiating the owed mortgage on the house.

While sitting in the office to meet with the attorney, my mother and I was discussing the roof and the minor repairs that need to be done in and around the house. We discussed not only the roof and the minor repairs, we came to the conclusion, if we can negotiate the mortgage, and we can have the repairs done within a month in a half because we have buyers waiting for the start of the roof to be started. The house was listed for $80,000 to 70,000, but others wanted to purchase as is at $45,000 and others want to rent-to-own. Of course, I stated that I’m try-ing to do the repairs to the home, so I may sale and/or give opportunity to families who want to rent-to-own. So far, I’ve put thousands of dollars into the property.

But, let’s go back to the meeting at hand, about negotiating the reduc-tion in the mortgage for the home. We have spoke about the trust, to the trustee stealing from the trust and not paying the mortgage, and then, we spoke about the home being in deplorable conditions and the reha-bilitation that needed to be done to complete house. Then, we spoke about the days that it took to clean up the land and the home.

Now let’s jump into the meeting with the attorney. He stated that the bank aka Bank of America’s attorney didn’t want to negotiate the prop-erty nor speak to me, unless the full payment toward the property is paid. The full amount owned is $62,000. The bank doesn’t want the house. That means a short sale, the sale of the property, and/or auction and that they will not accept no less than what’s owed on the property - $62,000. This is absolutely crazy to walk away from property that I’ve rehabbed and it crazier for them not to accept purchase money or ne-gotiated funds (less than what’s owed). I’m wondering, what’s the real issue?

On the fourth paragraph from the top of this document - the bank stat-ed, “That they don’t want the house!” Hmmmm. One should not have to think so hard about what I’m thinking. The bank has taken the property off of their books, so that the government won’t come in an audit them, but at the end of the year the government would pay them more than the house is worth. This is why I think that they would do that. Banks have received stimu-lus monies to help the people, but are they? What does a trillion dollar company need with the stimulus? How are they assisting the commu-nity, especially, when a beneficiary is willing to rehab a piece of property that his father gave him - to positively affect a struggling community?

I think the banks think we, the American people are dumb, and that when it comes down to financing, property, and this capitalistic bullshit that they are superior. What is it? Does the banking industry think that they can’t be touched OR are they frozen by the mere fact that they want to hold out for the big score? Corporate greed at its ugliest!

Most times the banks send real estate companies these foreclosed properties. But let’s think for a second. The city of Chicago has at least 100,000 homes on their dockets dealing only with foreclo-sures. It would take about 5 to 10 minutes to actually to move paper around to clear up these foreclosures. Why is it taking forever? Is it that, city employees will have to actually work and at the end the cycle, the city of Chicago will relinquish their jobs? A couple of years back, Mayor Richard Daley said on national TV, the reason why they put cheap asphalt and concrete on the ground – it’s to keep people working.

We the people already have a clear understanding about big busi-nesses and financial wizards running the NATION. Prices will go up and down, but who can pinpoint exactly where the fault lies.

We are hard working individuals who have goals and just want to live life the best way we can. The greed of most of our richest American’s makes it difficult for a large majority of us to live a prosperous life. They would play the vicious game of cut-throat to pay themselves. We are just now receiving some stimulus assistance; BIG BUSINESS received theirs long ago! Hey, AIG spent their stimulus money and the banks did as well. It is beyond belief that the bank chose not to negoti-ate the mortgage balance on a home that could have brought work to other people and a home to a working family.

Every one house sold, could give people jobs in America.

Bank of America professes to be the “bank of the people”, if that’s true, where is the assistance now, when the people badly need it?

What’s the problem?

The Padding That Creates Wealth

There are many people in this world struggling to maintain composer. The recession has taken a toll on many American’s in this day of wrecking. From September 2001 until now, many companies have downsized, fired, and laid-off people from their position. The world knows that that distribution centers are need.

Now, the best way these could have saved before destroy family was to actually lower compensation from higher up, than to totally dismiss employees’. The reason for such is to have maintained sanity within the saving of the companies as well as the employees.Basically, this would have helped the economy as well as the unem-ployment rate the country was already facing. There is more than 9% of Americans out of work. The labor force is shaky right now.

It’s not the fault of the president Obama. It’s fault of big business be-ing greedy at this time of mourning. Again, every since the Bush sat there and didn’t do anything about the World Trade Center and the Department of Defense not recognizing what was happening on the soil of America – we as investor found a way out by drumming this offensive mechanism by away of “Getting out before they get caught doing dirt” syndrome. At that time, many companies got caught in the mist of things such as Enron, WorldCom, Author Anderson, and many more.

As such companies failed the economy shook hard as the stock mar-kets came to a standstill. The numbers from the Dow Jones, NAS-DAQ, S&P500 fail the people started getting educated as well as creating opportunity to make money for their families.

Some people found odd jobs out of their scope of work, many had the business since to create their own position, and many had that inde-pendency to create and develop their own business of choice; and there are those criminal master minds who are doing what they do.

But in the highlight of things, there is a young man that created a business that actually coaches people to be independent business owners and also he is a marketing facilitator himself.

The name of the business is “FULL CIRCLE Business Consulting”. The business consultant name is Tyler Hutchinson.

In a phone interview with Mr. Hutchison, we spoke about various accomplishments about his business and his achievements through the course of him branding the consulting firm, his projects and com-mitments, value, and his style of communication to the outside world. Tyler Hutchinson is a six sigma black belt, I thought he was talking about KARATE, but by error he was talking merely discussing the achievements that one can gain while doing business and market-ing.

Most of his business is built of referrals, social media, streaming and word of mouth. But when it comes down to finding sponsors, market-ing your company, branding, leadership, management, and combin-ing your interest – he is a master.

His passion is helping another to become better than himself. His motto is: to gain credentials, experience, and recommendations - one would have to sacrifice to achieve greatness.

If one needs a broad connection into the social media world Mr. Hutchin-son has a plan for you and your company to achieve greatness. All one has to do is pay close attention. One on One consultation is available. To gain a respective of what the company is offering.

Watch out for the new and improved website coming your way, Tyler Hutchinson is re-branding the company’s website that would take the attraction into another direction and a new prospective. This upgrade would bring a brighter and an educational truth to social media man-agement, graphics, and web design. This would allow FULL CIRCLE to be the “ONE STOP SHOP” for clients, customers, and viewers to see this well-groomed circle to service you.

There new slogan will be: Full Service, Full Commitment, and Full Circle.

Tyler Hutchinson was born July 18th, 1986 in Chico California. He had a rough childhood. His father left at a young age and his mom was forced to raise him and his two sisters by herself. His mom did the best she could but they lived below the average income. When he was thirteen he started finding odd jobs and working for anyone willing to hire him, including one summer where he pushed a lawn-mower door to door trying to find work mowing yards. By the time he was 15 he had three jobs, two part-time and one full-time, while continuing to go to school.

Mr. Hutchinson graduated from high school in 2004 and started going to college for a degree in business. He received his degree in 2008 and continued to take classes after studying marketing, small busi-ness, and leadership skills. When he was 18 he got into the health insurance industry processing medical claims. He then moved to a larger company starting at customer service, and then moving up the ladder to become a business analyst. This gave him the opportunity to learn Six Sigma. In 2011 he finished he certification in Six Sigma and became a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt which is the second high-est level you can receive.

In 2010 he started to realize the limitations of his corporate job and started doing side consulting jobs for extra money. He found clients very quickly and realized that this was something he really enjoyed doing. When he met with someone who needed help that he did not know how to do, he took it upon himself to teach himself that skill to be able to add it to his skill set. From here he learned network mar-keting, partnerships, sponsorships, graphic design, and corporate

accounting. At the beginning of 2011 he decided to open his own consulting and marketing firm so that he could expand and advertise. Since then he has been receiving clients and meeting people world-wide including all parts of America, Jamaica, The United Kingdom, India, and Australia.

On top of doing general consulting and marketing work, he is dedi-cated to working with people who cannot normally afford consulting work. His company works with non-profits, start-ups, and small busi-ness where they may not have money in the budget to hire a typical consultant. Tyler and his company is known for working with budgets and even doing free work for deserving people. He is a firm believer of giving back to deserving people when they need help. If he can help start up a company to help people, or save a company from go-ing under he will do anything in his control to help.

Mr. Hutchinson shows that if you put your mind to what you want to do, anything is possible. Instead of using his past as an excuse, he used it as motivation to become a better person and rise out of where he came from. On top of his education and experience, he also has two young boys and is happily married. He bought his first home in 2008 outside of Chico California with his family. When he is not working, you will always see him with his family spending as much time with them as he can. He is already looking to expand his current business and start several more ventures. He says his motivation is to be able to give the things to his kids that he was unable to have as a kid, and not to have to live pay check to paycheck like his family did growing up. He is a true inspiration and a model to kids who want to advance their lives in a positive way!
