2019 BUSINESS RESULT HIGHLIGHTS

- Operating profit increased by 12%

• In 2019, the consolidated revenue reached VND 1,233 billion, completing 109.1% of its revenue plan and

up 19.7% over the same period in 2018. The gross profit margin reached 13%, similar to 2018’s. Net

profit reached VND 53.4 billion, completing 80.1% of its profit target, slightly down 4,3% yoy in the

absence of similar extraordinary gain in 2018. Operating profit reached VND 67.8 billion, up 12% yoy.

• In 2019, NHH affirmed its leading position in Vietnam's supporting industry through investing in new

subsidiaries: investment in An Trung Industries Co., Ltd. (ATI), Vietnam Pattern Manufacture and

Precision Mechanical Company Limited (VMC), a joint venture with Vinfast (VAPA) and become the

vendor for large enterprises including Toyota, Honda, Samsung, Brother, Panasonic, Vinfast ...

• NHH successfully listed its shares on HOSE and became the leading stock in Vietnam engineering

plastic industry, which confirmed the management’s determination in boosting a transparent Corporate

governance.

• In 2020, NHH set its revenue plan of VND 1,860 billion (up 51% yoy) and net profit of VND 146

billion (up 170% yoy), which are expected to be driven by increasing utilization efficiency and M&A in

construction plastic industry.
