Day 01 Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival in Hanoi, welcome you at the airport and transfer by private vehicle to your hotel.

Day 02 Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi (Join-in) (Breakfast, Lunch)

In the morning at 8h00, our driver will pick you up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the interesting

3.5 hour drive to Ha Long Bay - the World Heritage granted by UNESCO in 1994.

Arrive in Halong harbour and take 4hrs boat trip in the wonderful Halong Bay. Cruise through the

emerald waters between the limestone outcrops and long corridors~ visit Thien Cung cave or Dau Go

cave. Thien Cung Cave or the Cave of Heavenly Palace is on the same island with Dau Go Cave.

While Dau Go Cave boasts the mossy beauty and glorious history, Thien Cung Cave makes the visitors

the impression of being in a heavenly world. You'll find yourself overwhelmed by the unreal beauty of

the caves with flows of stalactites and stalagmites which really make your imagination work.

Back to Halong city where your minibus will be waiting for you to take you back to Hanoi.

Overnight in Hanoi

Day 03 Hanoi Sightseeing (Join-in) (Breakfast, Lunch)

In the morning at 08h00, our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then

visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle

Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minhs house on stilts. Lying to one side of the

Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda~ founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an

important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist~ dating

from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam)

Lunch at local restaurant

In the afternoon, proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, a great glimpse of ethnic groups in Vietnam.

Continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. It is considered as Vietnam’s first university

constructed in 1070. It is gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into

Vietnam’s past.

Late afternoon, we will take you to Hoan Kiem, a peaceful lake located in the central district of Hanoi.

Cross the memorable red bridge to visit Ngoc Son temple.

Free time at leisure until pick up time to Hanoi airport for your departure flight

Passport details need to be provided for visa processing at least 15 working days in advance

we recommend you to take your own insurance before your departure covering also the cost

of medical evacuation by air

Mantra Asia does try as much as possible to provide accurate quotes for all travel products.

However, fares and rates for airline tickets, hotels and other travel service providers fluctuate

regularly. Rates will be rechecked at time of payment and any increase (fares, rates, taxes, etc.) is

due and payable regardless of earlier quotations.

Documentation

Mantra Asia cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the

correct visa documentation. Your passport needs to be valid for six months to enter our countries.

Appropriate visa procedures will be advised by our travel specialist.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservation

Reservations are to be made by written confirmation. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty

percent) deposit is requested, and the total package tour price for the Services should be paid at least 30

days (thirty days) prior to client's starting date of the tour, or otherwise Mantra Asia Travel may at their

sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Mantra Asia Travel by

the Client.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash and bank transfer. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If

booked less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is required immediately. Any bank charges levied

by the sending bank relating to transfers to Mantra Asia must be paid by the Client.

Cancellations:

Any cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellation fees will not be charged for any bookings as

less than 30 days or more prior to the arrival of clients unless there any charges or prepayments are due

according to the policies of hotels airlines, cruises' and other contractor’s of Mantra Asia. If cancellation

is made after full payment has been made, we will hold is a full credit to be used for further bookings

(less any charges levied by hotels, carriers and other contractors of Mantra Asia.

Cancellation Policy - More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation charge

- Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 10 % of total tour cost

- Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 25 % of total tour cost

- Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 50 % of total tour cost

- Less than 48 hours before departure: 90 % of total tour cost

- No- show: No refund

Special conditions

Mantra Asia reserves the right to change these cancellation conditions depending on airlines, hotels and

cruises’ cancellation policies. Our travel specialist will inform you in writing in case the above

conditions need to be modified.

Claims

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and

mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes,

claim or litigation shall be finally settled by local arbitration in Thailand. All claims must be submitted

in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.

Disclaimer

In case of sudden price increases or surcharges levied by suppliers such as fuel surcharges, government

tax increases or other unforeseen price increases, Mantra Asia reserves the right to alter the price quoted

in this document or the conditions mentioned. Mantra Asia also reserves the right to change any

arrangement in the best interest of its Client, with or without prior notice.
