Leadership Define- The ability to motivate everyone or guide others.

Leadership Styles Leadership style - Is the way in which a manager or team leads employees or team members

Laissez-faire - When the leader lets someone complete a task on his or her own.

Democratic - When a leader encourages team members or employees to participate in the leadership process.

Autocratic - The person who determines policy, procedures, tasks, and responsibility.
