HANNA I’ve shown Michael a receipt from the tip truck

company that took away this to Michael Ravbar

CFMEU. That dumped seven tonnes of documentation

the day we got the subpoenas to provide all the paper

work on the 1st of April, April fool’s day.

HANNA Last year from the Royal Commission, on that day

Ravbar had all the training coordinators come in, his

daughter to come in and do shredding yadah yadah.

Loaded up two horse float trailers.

HANNA Yep, it was weighed, the truck was weighed when it

got dumped that’s how much fucking paper, paper is

heavy. Paper is heavy. It all got taken down to my

fucking joint where he stores his fucking car trailer

and he stores his caravan.

Why’s he store at your joint for?

HANNA Aw I got ten acres so they store everything.

HANNA Ravbar said “aw listen can we take it down your place,

can you burn it or something?”

Why is he doing this?

HANNA So I said “yeah mate I’ll get fucking rid of it, yeah no

worries, (INDISTINCT) take it down.” They took it all

down it couldn’t fucking burn, it was just too much to

fucking burn the fucking fire brigade would have

turned up. So I put it in the old hay shed, right? And

organised a tip truck to come get it, loaded it up, got a

training coordinator, followed it out to the tip, watched

it get tipped over the edge, gone.

HANNA All CFMEU paperwork that was relevant to the

subpoena. Michael said “aw I got to do it so they don’t

have to photo copy everything.” Fucking jees, more

than that, it’s was more than that. He paid his

daughter, for fucking and the uh payroll sheila Cherie,

her daughter paid her the two day standing there

fucking shredding fucking receipts. Shredding them

through the fucking mulcher.

What was his reason for it?

HANNA (INDISTINCT) to clear all this out. Go down the

said we haven’t got.

HANNA Yeah.

HANNA Seven tonnes of paperwork. It was a seven tonne

truck.

So he’s taken that to your house, couldn’t he see that

HANNA A seven tonne truck, a seven tonne truck loaded full to

the top couldn’t fit any more on.

HANNA Paperwork that was removed from the office on the

day that we got the subpoena to produce that

document, those documents. And I showed Michael

O’Connor the docket. (…) When we we’re down there

HANNA And I said if I’m gonna go so is Michael and I’ll fucking

So why is Ravbar doing this?

HANNA Does Ravbar know I’ve got that?

HANNA Everybody but officials. Everyone except for elected

officials.

But isn’t he worried about that?

HANNA No he thinks that fucking no one knows nothing. They

reckon if you know someone asked me I wouldn’t

fucking give him up for what he’s done.
