We are Makers! We are quilters, knitters, weavers, bakers, gardeners.
We make to satisfy our own creative lives and the lives of those we love.
It gives us great joy to see a child wrapped in a quilt, quietly reading a book.Or to see that same child dragging a quilt through the yard on the way to their treehouse.
I hope you will find the same kind of joy in the projects you create with Hand Maker.
Thank you, Windham Fabrics and all of the Makers, for making this possible.

I am a firm believer that we all get here together.
When the time came to create these 30" x 30"
sample quilts for Hand MakerI felt strongly about having other
quilting designers in the industry make quilts in their own
wonderful, unique styles.
We each have our own design process, our own creative voice, colored by
our own experiences.Quilt Shops, studios and retreats all have
their own uniquestyles, as well.
The names for each of the fabricprints reflect the strong ideals forfamily, friends, faith, food and fun.
Blossom • BambooString o Pearls • Loom
Sparkle • FurrowsPie • Bramble
Names to remind you of a reason why you and your friends
became makers.
