Hamilton Honda Holds Third Annual New Owner’s Workshop HAMILTON, N.J. – As part of its continued commitment to customer service, Hamilton Honda hosted a free workshop to inform customers about the brandnew Honda vehicles they purchased. Hamilton Honda’s third annual New Owner’s Workshop, held in the stateoftheart service center, allowed 45 new Honda owners to learn all their vehicle’s new features and how to best use them. The event also served to introduce Hamilton Honda’s newest customers to the dealership’s service department, management team and professionallytrained technicians. Light refreshments were served throughout the evening, which began with an overview of the new Honda vehicles and a brief history of the Honda brand. It then went into an indepth description of the new vehicle features. Hamilton Honda’s technicians held short demonstrations on changing a spare tire and connecting and operating the Bluetooth handsfree feature. They then reviewed what maintenance is required and how to utilize the Express Service Department to have that maintenance completed. The team also showcased the dealership’s all new online appointment scheduling tool, which allows customers to schedule a convenient time, track previous repairs, see they mileage at each interval and have all the information on their Honda available in minutes. The online appointment scheduling tool can be found at www.HamiltonHonda.net under the “Service” tab. The evening concluded with a very active Q&A session in which the Hamilton Honda staff answered many of the customers’ concerns about the responsibilities of their new vehicles. Additionally, the team previewed the upcoming freestanding car wash, which will be erected before the end of the year on the dealership property.
