MAKE

COLOURS

The main purpose of the RGB colour model is for the sensing, representation, and display of images in electronic systems, such as televisions and computers.

Colour printers, on the other hand, are not RGB devices, but subtractive colour devices (typically CMYK color model)

As we do not produce any type of displays, please choose CMYK colours instead.

The CMYK colour model (process colour, four colour) is a subtractive colour model, used in colour printing, and is also used to describe the printing process itself.

CMYK refers to the four inks used in Haltex colour printing:cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black).

COLOURS

Pantone system is a global colour metering service. Please use Pantone books to pick a colour you desire.

We will match the colour as close as possible on the fabric you wish.but MUST REMEMBER: it probably won’t be 100% same as on the Pantone book.

Easy to understand why - paper and fabric is absolutelly different materials,so the way they reflect the light (colour) is different as well.

If you have a garment or a peace of fabric and want to reproduce colours of it in our factory:please send it over. We will match it as close as possible for your future garments.

If you have CMYK code of colour you have never used with Haltex before, make sure that we do test of it first. Our sublimation INK might reproduce it in unexpected way.

DO NOT REFER TO THE DISPLAY OF DIGITAL DEVICES TO PICK A COLOUR!

At Haltex we offer thousands of colours to choose fromand picking one or few is really easy.

We can create a palette of your favorite colours - shades of your brand. We will prepare it on fabrics you make most of the garments.

Otherwise Haltex has standart colours palette which suits most of the tastes. If you don’t have one, do not hesitate to ask and we will send it for you.

GRAPHICS

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT GRAPHICS YOU’VE GOT, FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR OUR ASSISTANCE.

Sublimation is infinite ocean of opportunities, only if it is used correctly.

Quality print transfer on fabric depends on graphics used when drawing.(logos, vector objects or raster images, photos etc.)

There’s only two major options when printing graphics:It will print nicely or it will not.

If you want to get sharp details in sublimated product always choose vector objectsor if it is really necessary - HIGH resolution raster images.

Test your graphics file easily: Put desired image into any software which has an option to print.Resize it to match your wishes and print. If it comes out nicely enough - Let’s go!

If it is pixelated (like apple above/right) you’d better look for more convincig option.

Here’s a good explanation of differences between vector and raster images:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G79m7Fi87QE

We use image/visual of garment we will produce as a reference. Correct reference = quality garment.

CORRECT VISUAL = QUALITY GARMENT.

Colours, correct logos, positions, numbers, inicials positioning MUST represent final product. If there are contradictions between visual and order sheet, production MUST stop

until mistakes are corrected. Exceptions are arranged with manager.

Haltex will create visuals per your requirements, contact your manager for more info.If you create the visuals by yourselves they MUST meet requirements mentioned above.

Plenty mistakes of production are counted when the visual is different from order sheet. To overcome those obstacles visuals MUST and will be checked before production.

SIZE MATTERS

LOGO OF YOUR BRAND MUST HAVE A CONSTANT MEASUREMENT RULES.

Please use measurments for sizes of all logos/images etc.

Otherwise we’ll have to improvise and size of logos in final productcould be different than you imagined it before.

To keep it simple and not confusing it would be really appreciated if:

We get the size you desire for each and every logo. There’s nothing more confusing when designer is asked to put the STANDART size.

No surprise - there are plenty of standarts. Each brand, team, league etc. should have it’s own.

We get separate files of logos to make sure we don’t lose any details of them.

Sizes of apparel varies from really small to extra extra (...) large.Be aware that in some cases logo dimensions become too large for that

particular garment. Then we’ll have to reduce it’s size (width and height).
