01 DIX TIG 500 DC WITH INTEGRATED

HOT WIRE APPLICATION

TIG POWER SOURCES FOR AUTOMATION:

The DIX TIG 500 DC: our professional TIG power source for automated welding. A current of 500 amperes and 20 kHz technology, paired with Rapid TIG technology (RTT) and Multipulse and Speedspot processes – will thoroughly win you over. Apart from that, the DIX TIG DC is equipped with all of the leading robot interfaces.

3 IN 1 – EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF

The DIX TIG 500 DC is far more than just an excellent power source: as a hot wire variety with a heating current of 280 amperes, it impresses through its striking welding speed, which is similarly high as in the MIG/MAG process. The power source, the hot wire module and a wire control are installed in a single housing. They are operated using a common control panel – your ideal choice for fully mechanized TIG welding with hot wire.

04 SQUAREARC WITH COLD WIRE APPLICATION TIG POWER SOURCES AC/DC

The SquareArc – usable with AC/DC, always the perfect arc for your TIG welding task. Its 20 kHz technology allows an especially stable and extremely focused arc.

NEWSelect from up to 12 AC patterns that can be retrieved from the machine: sine, square and trapezoidal wave patterns can be welded either individually or combined with one another.

You thus have maximum variety in aluminum welding, and at any point, you can precisely direct which shape your arc should take.

The SquareArc is now also supplemented by a high-precision cold-wire feed. With this, you get a convenience package with careful attention to every detail: the control system is integrated into the machine. As a result, all settings can be made directly in the power source. For even simpler handling, various parameters for the cold wire process have already been stored in the jobs. The entire control system in one device – this means welding that is harmonized and synchronized.

05 TWIN-WIRE SYSTEM AUTOMATED WELDING TORCHESTWO ARE BETTER THAN ONEMaximum deposition rate, short cycle times and high productivity: get acquainted with our new twin-wire system.

The DIX MDD twin-wire welding torch, matching equipment, wire feeds and a power source with 600A – this is our solution for cost-efficient high-performance welding.

The slender design of the welding torch makes it possible to better access components, and the deposition rate is higher compared to the standard procedure.

ADJUSTED IN NO TIMEBecause both welding wires in our twin-wire system have the same electric potential at all times, the parameters can be adjusted easily and fast.

It is small, produces a vacuum of 33.500 Pa, has a motor for long-term use, makes little noise, has automatic self-cleaning and 5 square meters of filter surface: Our FE 340 high-vacuum extraction system is your ideal companion for optimal extraction performance over a long term.

The DIX MR 340C, DIX MRZ 304 and DIX MRZ 305 extraction torches for MIG / MAG welding prove their value throughout. They are handy, have a very good component accessibility, they produce weld seams of high quality despite extraction, their cover hose is flexible, their ball joint is practical, and apart from all that, they weigh up to 500 g less than comparable products.

The equipment combines a light, slender housing with all advantages of the PUSH-PULL drive and bridges your wire completely reliably from the power source to the welding torch over a distance of up to 20 meters.

THUS, THERE ARE NO LIMITS TO YOUR MOBILITY WHEN WELDING.

16 LASER WELDING

Drive, control system, wire movement sensor and wire brake are combined into one dynamic unit. This is the DINSE system for welding applications using the Laser. The DIX FD 100 drive with 4 rollers enables a more precise transport and positioning of the wire by optimized force transmission. Thus the move-ment of the wire is optimized; wire breaks and slip are prevented. A digital sensor attached close to the process behind the drive monitors the movement of the wire and measures data for an exten-sive process monitoring. The integrated wire brake ensures a consistent stick out.
